Supplying and lowering of IS marked continous riser HDPE pipes (High Density Polyethylene Pipes) confirming to IS 4984/14151/12786/13488 (with up to date amendments) and íncluding cost of making proper joints with submersible pumping machinery complete in all respects including all necessary material required at site in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the engineer in Charge.

Supplying and fixing supporting clamps to submersible pump sets including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Manufacturing supplying and fixing panel box made of M.S. sheet angles of size .50x.40x1.50 mtr with legs of M.S. angles of size 40x40x6mm long including M.S. shutters capable to accommodate energy meter panel box for motor and tool, Kit box complete in all respect as per design including entire carriage of material up to all leads and lifts.

Supply and fixing ropewire 6mm2 suitable to wear the weight of submersible motor pump set and G.I. pipe etc. including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts

Providing and fixing M.S. chamber box of size 4'x 2, and 50mm 2mm of M.S. Sheet including cutting welding cover, sluice valve, tees, hand pump pipe complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Excavation in drains and channels etc.in earth work for pipes up to all depths in all classification of earthwork such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing or pumping out water, blasting soft/hard rock or chiseling soft / hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including jungle clearance wherever required, trimming & dressing of sides, leveling of beds to correct grade including shoring/struting, planking, timbering & dewatering wherever required stacking the useable/unuseable material/soil seperately & after laying, jointing & testing of pipes, returning the useable soil in trenches in 15 cm layers including consolidating of such deposited layer by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated soil/unuseable material as directed with in all leads & lifts including restoration of un-metalled surfaces to its original condition & including cost of diversion for traffic, night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respects with-in all leads & lifts as per directions of the Engineer Incharge.

Laying, jointing, testing & commissioning at site in trenches following plain ended GMS pipes of following dia. and grade as conforming to BIS 1239-(Part-1)-1990 or latest with up to date ammendments, capable of withstanding required test pressure as prescribed in BIS code, in randum lengths of 5.5 to 6.5 mtr. The pipe's ends shall be bevelled suitable for butt weld, including the cost of jointing with butt welding confirming to IS 816-1969 or latest as applicable (leak proof) in two layers at site of work with welding rods of standard make & all allied accessories whatever required for welding at site, tail pieces, tees, bends manufactured from parent pipes etc. and cutting of pipes wherever required as per site requirement i/c carriage in all leads & lifts as directed by Engineer-Incharge (Earth work shall be measured & paid for seperately).

Providing, welding and fixing M.S. plate flanges of following dia. (nominal bore) of following Flange Tables conforming to IS 6392-1971 or latest with up to date ammendments to MSERW/GI pipes after every 90 metres or as per site requirement including cutting of pipes wherever required, welding in two layers (leak proof) confirming to specifications as prescribed in relvent I.S. Code i.e. IS 816-1969 or latest as applicable with up to date ammendments with nuts, bolts & washers & specials etc. confirming to IS-1963 or latest with up to date ammendments including packing sheet i.e. asbestos fibre sheet minimum 3mm thick and painting with anticorosive paints complete in all respect i/c all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.
