Providing and installation of control panel as per L&T/Havel/KSB/ approved specification and having protection of motor on occurane of faults (Triping on occurance of fault (S) i.e Moisture, high motor temperature, dry running, reverse rotaion, single phasing, boltage imbalan ce, overload and short circuit) and indiation there of by glowing fault lamp, for motors above 30 KW anothr protection of Mechanical seal failure shall also b eprovided in addition to above protection. fitted with required accessories as per manufacturere standred practice.

Providing double flanged CI or CS Sluice valve as per reuirment / pressure of L&T Havel/ 3 Leader /BHEL / Kirlosker/ GLED/ Kilborn Fourses/ Kartar make and one dia higher than the suction dia of pump and cpable of withstanding the normal seat pressure as per IS :780:1984 with upto date ammendments.

Providing double flanged NRV as per requirement / pressure of L&T/Havel/3 Leader/BHEL/Kirlosker/GIED/ Kiburn Fourses /Kartar make and one higher than the delivery size of pump and cpable of withstanding the normal seat pressure as per IS 780:984 with upto date ammendments.

Providing and laying PVC Column pipe/ Delivery pipe of make Estral/Ashirvad/finolex & special from 180 Pump set to ground level and up to sump well as per layout dtawings approved by Engineer-inn -Charge The pipes shall be capable of withstanding 1.5 times the total presure indicated in required pump.

Providing and fixing of stay wire/sling wire PVC coated 4 mm thick as per specification and to the entire-3 satisfaction of the Engineer-in -Charge.

Installation and errection of pump as per all items apparing at serial No 4 to 11 systematicaly as per drawing of as directed by the Engineer-. In -Charge.

Providing Horizontal spindle , Horizentol/ redial split casing/ end suction ( Back-pull outarrangements ) single -double -multi stage centrifugal pumps , in series/ parallel of recommended BIS 1520-1980 with up to date amendments,read,s with IS :9137-1978 or latest addition suitable for lifting water for under mentioned charaterstics with broze, empellers- priming funnels casing rings and shaft sleeves of bronze, shaft of steel grade 4508 FN 8 with cast iron casing coupled directly through a flexible coupling on a common MS/ caste steel base plate ( base plate to be from the manufacture of the pumping unit only) to slip ring/ squirrel case screen protected drip proof induction motors/motors of standred make such as Kirlosker/BHEL/ crompton / NGEF/ GEC/ Siemens/Jyoti/ABB and suitable for opertion on 400(+/-) 10% volts, 50 cycles / second .3Phase AC elecric supply. The power of electric motors/motors should be at +10% in excess of the maximum power required by the pump/pumps in the opertation range of (+)10% and (-) 15% of the duty point head. The motor/Motors as per ISI :325;1978 with up to date ammendments read with IS 900-1972 . It should include cost of bearing nuts, bolts and painting etc. and should meet the following requirements

Providing MS sheet 16 SWG steel fabricated floor mounted closed almirah type switch board including angle iron post of suitable height and size ISA 40x40x6mm duly painted comprising and capable of mounting the following accessories with all internal electric connections. The drawing of panel board shall be subject to approval of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing change over / ICTP main switches with HRC fuses Kilburn/Larsen & Turbo/Standard/Siemens make and having capacity 30% extra of the operational rating of motor as per relevant BIS- 4064-1978 with upto date amendments immediately after the power meter of HPSEB

Supply of suitable oil immersed star delta starter of standard make such as MEI/Kilburn/Jyoti/Siemens conforming to relevant BIS-8544-1979 code latest with upto date amendments for squirrel cage motor (make to be specified by the tenderer) mounted on panel board with magnetic type over load release & dashpot, time lag, under voltage release with initial oil filling.

Oil circuit breaker of suitable capacity of Kilburn/LT/LK/MEI/Standard make on in common feeder for motors offered by the tendered conforming to relevant BIS 2516-1985 latest with upto date amendments with neutral linked under voltage release.

Earth leakage circuit breaker of recommended (Kilburn/L&T/MET/GEC as per BIS- 2516-1977 with upto date amendments and of suitable range which should have control box, operating handle and trip/reset bush button on/off indicators, re-indicating off spring condition of the circuit breaker for over current protection. The circuit should be equipped with magnet thermal release with metallic tap CTS. It should also be fitted earth fault for tripping of breaker on occurrence of earth fault on/off breaker load side.

Bus bar chamber having 3 copper bars of suitable rating for full length equal to width of board of 3 live phases and one copper bar of half rating of full length for neutral conforming to BIS 8084-1976 and 11353-1985 read with 5578-1985 all latest with upto date amendments.

ICTP switches with HRC fuses Kilburn/Larsen & Turbo/Standard/Siemens make and having capacity 30% extra of the operational rating of motor as per relevant BIS- 4064-1978 with upto date amendments immediately after the power meter of HPSEB

3 phase indicating lamps complete with toggle switches for motors conforming to BIS-3452 part-I & II latest with upto date amendments.

Desitel 100mm suare VAF metre of AE / IMP/ Havels make of suitable range with selector switches and CTS operted as per IS :L 1248 ( P-11) 183 with upto date ammendments .

Capacitor of Mechneil/BHEL/GEC make as per IS 2834-1986 with up to date ammendments to rise the power factor at site to 0.95 for diect connection to iduction motor individually of required KVA rating according to HP offered including cable as per relevant ISI code ( of Siemens / clocter IEC make) from bus ber chamber to capcitor and also I/c ICTP switch of appropriate range as per IS 4064 -1978 with up to date ammendments.

Supply of Kirloskar/ Kilburn/IVC/ Fourcess/ Gled/ BHEL/ Leader/ Kartar/KSB make of suitable size double flanged cast steel ASA 150 sluice valve having size one or two step higher than that of delivery side pump and capable with standing nominal seat pressure and BIS standared with up to date ammend ments

Supply of Kirloskar /Kilburn /IVC/ Fourcess/ Gled/ BHEL/ Leader/ Kartar/ KSB make cast iron double flanged swing check type reflux valve having by pass arrangement & size one or two step higher than the delivery of pump so that velocity in delivery pipe is in range of 1.50 mtr to 2.0 mtr/sec. and capable for with standing nominal seat pressure 10 kg./cm^2 as per class PN-1.

Supply of Kirloskar/ Kilburn/ IVC/Fourcess/ Gled/ BHEEL/ Leader/Kartar/KSB make of cast iron double flanged swing check type reflux valve having by pass arrangement & size equal to dia of R/Main 100mm dia for with standing nominal seat pressure of 10kg/cm^2 as per class PN-1

Supply of standard make 100mm dia circular dial pressure gauge of suitable range Fiebeg/Bourden/Precision make with all accessories such as stop cock, copper tubing etc. conforming to BIS-3624-1987 latest with up to date amendments

Installation and errection of pump as per all items appearing at serial no 2 to 11 systamatically as per drawings of as directed by the engineer -in- charge

P/L suction delivery pipe considering site requirements, NPSH required and available & common header having area equal to two times the area of delivery branch of pump or equal to dia of rising main (which ever is higher including tappers, flanges, rubber gaskets, 3mm thick as per BIS-2712-1978 nuts and bolts as per 1364-1983 & special up to 5 mtrs. away from the outer wall of pump house as per layout drawings approved by the Engineer-in-charge. The pipes shall be capable of with standing 1.5 times the total pressure indicated in item No. 1 e(ii) The size of suction pipe shall be one/two step higher than the size of suction of pump. So that velocity iin suction pipe is to be 1 mtr to 1.5 mtr/sec & size of delivery pipe shall be one/two step above, so that velocity in delivery pipe ranges 1.50 mtr to 2.0 mtr/sec.

P/L suitable size copper PVC insulated armored power 3.1/2 core cable conforming to BIS 1554 (part I) 1988 or latest with upto date amendments Siemen/Gloster/ICC make from meter of HPSEB to OCB & from OCB to Bus bar (one cable carrying all three phases) including all other electrical equipement/accessories such as thimbles, flexible pipe, solder, nut and bolts, cable glands etc . laid in pipes or trenches under floor. The type, size & make will be subject to approval of HPSEB authorities. In case of non acceptance by HPSEB authorities it shall have to be replaced by the tenderer free of cost.

P/L double loop earthing with GI 600x600x3mm thick electrode complete with material such as charcoal, common salt, GI pipes, thimbles, nuts & bolts, digging of pits, GI wiring & 25x 5mm GI strips of required capacity conforming to BIS 3043-1987 latest with up to date amendments for above motors & other electrical equipment.

Supplying installation testing and commissioning of Gen. Set of Kirloskar/other approved standred make silent DG set comprising of air colled Diesel Engine suitable to the requirment of the pumping machinery altrenator rated at 3 phase, 415 volt 50Hz, 0.8 p.f. @ 1500 RPM both mounted and aligned on a common M.S. base frame complete with MS fuel tanki, Gen. Set AMF panel, Residental Exhaust Silenceer, AVM pade fitted on base frame 1No. 12 volts D.C. battery (Exide/Tata) with battery leads, 1st fill of lubricated oil all housed in sound proof acrostic enclosure. The panel board shall be accommodated with main incomer 100 ampere MCCB, Ampere volt meter, Selector swithces, C.T. internal wiring with suitable copper wire complete panel AMF type. Suitable to supply power to run one required BHP submersible pumps installed at an altitude of 3600 m above MSL to supply power

Providing laying and fixing of aluminium conducter, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed armoured /XLPE power cable, working voltage 1100 volts grade on surface etc, of the requried size 3.5*50mm2.

Providing and fixing100 ampere change over switch of makeL&T as required complete in all respect including all connections with thimbles etc, complete.

Providing double loop earthing arrangment with copper earth plate 600mmx600mmx 3mm thick including accessories i.e. G.I. pipe copper plates ,copper stripe and wire for looping and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangment and watering pipe etc. (butt without charcoal or coke and salt) complete as required

Extra for using salt and charcoal for G.I. or copper plate earth electrode complete as required .

Providing and fixing 25mmx5mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for earth connection etc. as required.

Providing and fixing fire extinguishers of surperior class make as per IS specification

Providing and fixing rubber mat suitable and tested upto 1100 volts AC supply having size 2mx1mx12mm thick.
