Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work lift up to 1.5 mtrs. Providing, Laying, Jointing & Testing galvanized API pipe flanged/Butt welded joints by considering three layers pipes excluding cost of bends completes as per API specification i.e. 5 L (Standard pressure), Grade X-60, as per dimensions, weights and test pressure mentioned below in a random length of 4 of 7 meters. The MS flanges are to be provided on each joint as per table given below confirming to IS 6392-1971 including required number & size of nuts and bolts as per IS 1369-1967 and compressed asbostos fiber jointing gasket sheet notless than 3 mm thickness as per IS 2712-1965. the welding of flange to be done in two layer on the inner face of the pipe and in three layers on the out side face of pipe to make the joints leak proof. The laying of pipe should be confirming to IS:5822-1994. (Earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately) The pipe shall have zinc coating as per IS:4736 in factory latest with up to date amendments. pipe shell be coated from both sides (inside & outside) with the required thickness of Zinc coating as per the two coats.
