Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement :1.5 sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20mm. nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for feinforced concrete work in:

Foundation footings bases of columns and the like and mass concrete.

Wall (any thickness but not less than 0.1 m thickness) attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level :

Suspended floor, roofs, landing shelves and their support balconies beams, griders. bressumers and cantilever within all lead and lifts.

Providing and laying no fine cement concrete 1:6 (1cement :6 graded stone aggregate 20mm. nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth, walls etc.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm.thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm. so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuutering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 Mtrs. and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in:

lat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like. Lloors etc. upto 200mm. In thickness with in all leads and lifts.

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillaster buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like with in all leads and lifts.

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces two coats to give an even shade including throughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt dust mortar dirt and other foreign matter.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.Tor steel with in all leads and lifts.

Laying, jointing and testing in trenches of GMS pipe as per IS 1239-2001 below mentioned dia in random length 5-6 mtrs. and jointed with flanged after every 100 mtrs. and remaining other with circumferencial butt welded joints pipes including cost of bends of all degrees as per dimensions weight and test pressure mentioned below in a random length of 5m-6m, The M.S. flanges are to be provided as per table below conforming to IS: 6392-1971 (latest upto date amendments) and welding of flanges with pipes as per IS: 816-1965 with a electrode as per IS: 814-1967 including required Nos. and size of M.S. nut and bolts as per IS: 1369-1967 and reinforced fiber jointing gaskets sheet not less than 3mm thick sas per IS: 2712-1965. The welding of flanges to be done on both faces in two layers to make the joints leak proof and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. The laying of pipes should be conformed to IS: 5822-1994 (earth work in trenches to measured and paid seprately) . The IS and other relevant sepecification shall be followed.
