Excavation in foundation and trenches (For pipes and pits) up to all depths and in all classification of each work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing or pumping out of water, blasting soft or hard rock or chiselling or wedging out of soft/ hard rock, where blasting is prohibited, in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, levelling of beds to correct grade including shoring, strutting, planking, timbering and dewatering where ever required. Stacking usable and unusable material/ soil separately and after laying, jointing and testing of pipes, returning the usable soil in 15cm layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil/ unusable material as directed within all leads/ lifts including restoration of unmetalled surfaces to its original condition and including cost of diversion for traffic, night signal boards, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & Laying cement concrete 1:4:8 ( 1 cement : 4 sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts as per satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Laying cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1 cement : 3 sand : 6graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation & plinth within all leads and lifts as per satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Laying cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 sand : 4graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation & plinth within all leads and lifts as per satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates of 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frames 30x30x5 mm so as to give a fair finish including centring , shuttering, propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for-in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Vertical surface such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters buttresses, plint and string courses and the like with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Mild/TOR steel reinforcement for RCC work i/c bending, binding & placing in position complete up to floor two level (TOR/Mild steel ) in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Random rubble masonery /polygonal rubble masonary ( Uncoursed/ brought to courses) with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including levelling up with CC 1 : 6 : 12 ( 1 cement: 6 sand: 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) in C.M. 1: 6 (1cement : 6sand) in Breast walls & retaining walls within all leads and lifts as per satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

C/O Dry rubble masonry in breast wall and retaining wall revetment walls and parapets etc. with in all leads and lifts as per satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement :2sand 4graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement 40mm thick with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

15 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/ stone masonry for interior plastering upto floor two level including arises, internal rounded angles chamfers and/ or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in CM 1:3 (1cement : 3sand) in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in superstructure in cement mortR 1:6 (1: cement:6 sand) in all leads and lifts (2nd class bricks)

Supplying, hoisting and steching to specified profile wire rope and suspension bridges ( including guy rope) in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in charge.(Wire rope 25mm dia)

Providing and fixing in position steel accessories like clamps, ropes suspenders, rope grips etc. in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

P/F CI sluice valve of Bir/Kartar make with flange. The sluice valve conforming to IS: 780 having class PN 10. The dia of valve as mentioned belowb complete in all lead and lift as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (65 mm dia)

Laying, Jointing & Testing of HDPE pipe of following dia in trenches 10.00Kg PN 6kgf /cm^2 working pressure having grade (PE-80) as per IS :4984-2016 complete with in all lead and lift as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge (earth work in trenches to be meausred and paid for separately).
