Providing, Laying, jointing ,testing and commissioning at site in trenches bevelled ended MSERW pipe of Grade-A or its equivalent grande as per API specifications confirming to IS/ISO-3183-2007 or latest with upto date ammendments having minimum wall thickness as specified below or capable of with stading requierd test pressure as prescribed in IS/ISO code, in randum lenghts of 5.5 to 6.5 mtr. The pipes ends shall be bevelled suitaible for butt weldding, including the cost of jointing with butt welding conforming to IS 816-1969 or latest as aplicable and with upto date amendments (leak proof) in three layers at site of work with welding rods of Advani /oeriliken make/IST marked (welded rds 3 mm to 4 mm) and all allied accessories whatever requried for welding at site, tail pieces, tees bends and other special manufatured from parent pipes as applicable to the particular each and of approved specification as per site condition and cutting of pipes wherever required as per site requirment including carriage in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer Incharge. The pipes shall have zinc coating inside and outside confirming to IS-4736-1986 or latest with upto date amendments shall be engaged with MSERW pipe Grade A. The laying shall confirm to BIS 5822-970 or latest with upto date amendments to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including cost of MS flanges. (Earth work shall be measured & paid for seprately) including all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

200 mm dia, MSERW FT-5 4.80 mm

Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of water treatment plant of 0.90MLD based on Rapid Sand Filter including cost of site development to adjust hydraulic levels as per contour plan and structural requirements, cost of construction of civil works, hoisting and erection of all steel works. Providing and installation of all mechanical, electrical equipments/accessories, laying of all interconnecting GI/MSERW pipes and scouring arragements from all units with disposal of the same to appropriate place i.e. nearby nallah/khad/natural drainage. All types of valves, fittings and all contingent works at village Doyionwala (Location) capable of taking input and giving output as laid down in Chapter-I of CPHEEO manual under all climatic conditions specified therein. The treatment plant includes C/O Inlet chamber,electronic pipe flow meter, C/O Pre-sedimentation tank with tube settler , flash mixer, Secondary Settling Tank, Mechanical Tappered Flocculator, rapid sand filter, back wash tank, Alum Dosing Tank and Lime Dosing Tank, with proper mechanical mixing arrangement, Drainage channel, PCC/RCC Retaining walls, Breast walls (5 mtr from the edge of each structure), anchor block, if required, brick boundary wall fencing with steel gate, interconnecting path (Minimum 1.20 metre wide) chemical house, chemical handling and feeding arrangements, back wash units with pumping sets and air compressors including arrangements for disposal of waste of water treatment plant process. Plant building comprising of office / automation room, chemical plant building a room for housing the automated valves, a well equiped laboratory. Providing and fixing of lightening arrangements (LED) lights, Solar lights made in the boundary unit of plant area. Providing and fixing all electrical/Mechanical equipments, proper walk way for Inspection/operation of various units. Sizes shall be based on manual of water supply and treatment published by CPHEEO, Ministry of Urban development (GOI) New Delhi. The design of various units shall conform to relevant Codes and specifications. All the hydraulic stuctuctures shall be designed and constructed in RCC P/cum.0 (but not less than 1:1:2 concrete mix), design shall be carried out as per design sheet technical specifications. All the structures shall be designed for up lift pressure encountered at footing, as per contour plan uploaded suitable projection structure shall be designed and provided to avoid direct entry of HFL water within treatment premises. The contractor will operate the plant for 90 days including training of staffs. Ref Data Sheet No- 1

AUTOMATION OF ENTIRE SYSTEM:- The tenderer/firm shall automate the scheme a/w WTP, Pumping machinery & . Installation of hardware including Industrial Grade 4U Rack mount PC Intel core i5 processor 8 GB RAM 512GB SSD 2 x Ethernet Port Windows 10 Professional operating systems, 27 INCH SCREEN DISPLAY , Intelligent Communication Gateway for IoT application, Webaccess SCADA 675 tag, UPS 600 VA, Printer color , , VFD pannel Energy Saving Starter with variable frequency, ultrasonic water level sensor, NRV/Reflux valve, Actauted valve, Flow meter, PLC & HMI system , IOT for pumping machinery, powder coated CNC fabricated enclouser & its accessories along with commissioning/ programming as per user requirement shall be done. The detailed automation proposal shall be got approved by the firm from the competent authority. Firm has to incorporate all the inputs and outputs suggested by the department in the SCADA in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. All ancilliary works and accessories required to make the system fully functional shall be included in the cost of work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account. Scope of automation containing . WTP and Chlorination system with SCADA main station .(Ref. Data Sheet No-1 sub clause 1.2)

(Disinfection System) Supply, installation, Commissioning and testing of vaccum operated, pressure feed gaseous Chlorinator of Toshcon, Capital , PENWALT(USA)/ECOCHLOR (USA)/ENCHLOR (USA)/Jasco (USA) make for chlorination of water at Delivery Tank at Doyionwala consisting of the components in all leads and lifts as specified in data sheets.(Ref.Data Sheet No-1 sub clause -1.4)

Mechanical Units for 0.9 MLD WTP used in flash mixer, Flocclator, Rapid sand filter, back wash etc are specified in data sheets (Ref.Data Sheet No-1 sub clause -1.5)

RISING MAIN

Excavation in drains and channels etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as Kankar Moorum, shingles, Colglomerate saturated soil decomposed or soft rock and hard rock by blasting by chiselling ( where blasting prohabitated) including dressing of sides and beds disposing of excavated earth with all leads lifts disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed and then returning the stacked soil into foundation and trenches etc. including ramming and consolidating the same wherever required with all leads lifts and including jungle clearance and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

P/F double flanged suction, delivery pipe & common header of GMS pipe (M) considering site requirement, NPSH required & available and common header having area equal to two times the area of delivery branch of pump including tapers, flanges, rubber gaskets 3mm thick as per BIS-2712-1978 nuts & bolts as per 1364-1983 & special up to 5 mtrs away form the outer wall of pump house as per layout drawings approved by Engineer-in-charge. The pipes shall be capable of withstanding 1.5 times the total presure indicated in item no 34(E)-(ii). The size of wsuction pipe shall be one or two sized larger than the suciton size of pump such that valocity of flow in suction pipe is not more tha 3.00 mtr/sec & delivery pipe shall be of size one size larger than nominal delivery size of pump Thickness of GMS (M) pipe 125 mm dia shall be 4.80 mm with flanges join t of FT-17.
