Providing & Laying cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1 cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation & plinth within all leads and lifts as per satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 ( 1cement: 1.5 sand: 3graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement in:-

Foundation, footings, bases of columns and the like and mass concrete with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Wall ( any thickness) partion and the like including attached pilaster, butresses, plinth and string courses and the like with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates of 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frames 30x30x5 mm so as to give a fair finish including centring , shuttering, strutting & propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for-in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Veritcal surface such as wall ( any thickness) partiton and the like including attached pilaster, butresses, plinth and string courses and the like with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors,roofs,landings and the like floors etc.upto 200mm in thickness in all leads and lifts.

Providing and RCC work smooth finishing of the exposed with cement mortor 1:3 (1 cement :3 sand) in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing TOR steel reinforcement for RCC work i/c bending, binding & placing in position complete up to floor two level (TOR steel ) in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses and framed work i/c cutting, hoisting, fixing in position applying a priming coat of ready red lead paint, Using MS sections ie Angles,Channels etc or MS pipes ) in buildings , including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. complete :- In grating,framed guards & ladders etc.

Providing Cement Concrete lining of 15 cm thick or less for the Irrigation channel using cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 Sand :6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) within all lead and lift as per the direction of Engineer in charge

Hand mixed concrete lining is the bed cement concrete 1:3:6 (20mm nominal size) foundation & plinth.

Hand mixed concrete i.e. steel shuttering on side slopes laying and fnishing concrete on slopes surface complete. lining in the bed.

Laying, jointing, fixing and testing (by way of circumferntial butt welding joints by electric arc welding ) and testing of Galvanised mild steel tubes ( GI pipe) of following diameter confirming to BIS:1239 Part-I ( latest with up to date ammendments) having minimum wall thickness as per IS code with bevelled/ plain ends in a random lengtth of 4 to 7 meters , including manufacturing reducers/ tapers, all short pices bends etc and class of pipes specified below, provided and jointe as per site requirement made from parent tubes. including lowering and laying in excavated trenches to ensure required level including flushing , cleaning and hydraulic testing complete in all respect to the satisfaction of engineer in charge . the fabricated bends shall have three or four cuts having its radius not less then five times the dia of pipe . the damaged portion of the pipes and specials made from the parant tube during welding or otherwise shall be provided anticorrosive treatment by applying two coats of anticorrosive bitumenous paint over a primming coat as per AWWA specifications C-203-1978. The pipes shall be fectory galvanized zinc coated ( in side & out side) as per relevant IS standred The welding electrodes shall be as per IS 814 of Advani Oerlikon/ L&T or ISI marked make. The rates also includes entire carriage of material, flushing, cleaning & hydraulic testing complete to the best satisfaction & directin of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts. (Earth work in trenches will be measured and paid for separately).(Labour Rate)

Providing and welding M.S. flanges at suitable point, conforming to following tables as per IS 6392-1971 (Latest with upto date amendments) with plain end GMSpipe in requsite number of layers on both faces to make the joint leak proof (The cost of providing and laying of G.I. pipes to be measured and paid for seprately). The welding of flanges should conform to IS:816-1969 with electrodes as per IS: 814-1991 and required number of nuts and bolts conforming to IS 1364. including cost of gasket sheet nuts & bolts. The thickness of gasket sheet not less then 3.00mm conforming to IS 2712-1998. The work shall be done to the entire satifaction of engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts.

Providing, laying, jointing and testing in trenches HDPE Pipes preferably of Reliance Duraline , Jain irrigation system limited or any other approved make conforming to BIS 4984-2016 with latest upto date amendments, material Grade PE-80 & Pressure Rating Class PN 6 or as per design including the compression fitting such as Tees, elbows, adapters with metal inserts, reducers, service saddles required as per site conditions and jointing the pipes & fittings with the help of electro fusion machine complete in all respects in all leads & lifts as per the directions & to the entire satisfactions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
