Prov.form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm,so as to give a fair finish i/c centring shuttering,strutting & propping etc. with wooden battens & ballies,ht. of propping & centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4.00 mts. & removal of the same for in situ-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work as per entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing in RCC work smooth finishing of the exposed surface with cement mortor1:3(1cement :3 sand ) as per entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work i/c bending,binding & placing complete upto floor two level as per entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections , trusses & framed work icluding cutting , hoisting & fixing in position & applying a priming coat of red paint :- In grating, framed , guards, bars, ladders, railing, brackets & similar works as per entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing, laying, jointing, testing & commissioning at site in trenches bevelled ended BIS marked G.I pipe of following dia (M class) for rising main as under conforming to BIS: 1239-2004 (Part-1) specifications or latest with upto date amendments of grade & having wall thickness and per Rmt weight as mentioned below & capable of withstanding required test pressure as prescribed in BIS code in random lengths of 5.5 to 6.5 mtr. The pipes ends shall be bevelled suitable for butt welding including the cost of jointing with butt welding conforming to IS 816-1969 with electrodes as per IS: 814-1991 including required number and size of MS nuts and bolts as per IS 1369-1967 and compressed asbestos fibre jointing gaskets sheet not less than 3.00mm in thickness as per IS 2712-1998 including 99% butt welded joints. The welding of flanges to be done on both faces in two layers on outer face & one layer on inner face to make the joints leak proof, tail pieces, tees & bends manufactured from parent pipes etc and both cutting of pipes wherever required etc. as per site requirement including carriage in all leads and lifts and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Earth work in trenches & flanged joints shall be measured and paid for separately). All the joints shall be butt welded except 1%, joints which shall be flanged with flanges of suitable flange table. The laying shall conform to BIS 5822-1994 and as per CPHEEO manual and will include all operations such as cutting, welding and jointing including flushing, cleaning and hydraulic testing complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge

Scour Pipe 150mm GI(M)

Providing, laying, jointing, testing & commissioning in trenches of bevelled ended Galvanized Steel Pipe / flanged/butt welded pipes including cost of flanged bends of all degrees conforming to IS/ISO:3183-2007 latest with upto date amendements with steel grade L-290 or X-42 grade having wall thickness as specified below and capable of withstanding required test pressure in random length of 4 to 7 meters, including specials, short pieces, bends, reducers, tees etc. made from parent tube.The M.S. flanges are to be provided 1% of total length and remaining 99% joints with butt welded joints as detailed below. The MS flanges shall confirm to BIS 6392-1971 (with latest up to date amendments) duly welded in three layers (one inner and two outer) with pipes at both ends as per relevant BIS standards along with nuts and bolts of required sizes confirming to BIS 1364 (with upto date ammendments). 3mm thick compressed asbestos fiber/ synthetic rubber gaskets confirming to relevant BIS standards. The laying of pipe shall include all operation such as cutting, welding, jointing, providing & fixing of MS flanges, fabrication of bends, tees, valves etc. including lowering and laying in excavated trenches to ensure required level including flushing, cleaning and hydraulic testing complete in all respects to the satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. The fabricated bends shall have three or four cuts having its radius not less than five times the dia of pipe. The pipes shall be factory galvanized (zinc coating both inside and outside) as per IS:4736 -1986 (with upto date ammendments) with mass of zinc coating not less than 360 gm/m2. The welding electrodes shall be as per IS 814:2004 of Advani Oerlikon/ L&T or ISI marked make. Negative tolerance in thickness and mass/ weight will not be accepted. The rates also includes entire carriage of material, flushing, cleaning & hydraulic testing complete to the best satisfaction & direction of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts. (Earth work in trenches, shall be measured and paid for separately). However cost of flanged joints shall be included & shall not be paid extra i/c all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing weep holes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with a slope of 10 degrees towards drawing face complete as per drawing as per entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.
