Construction of Sewage Treatment Plant of 1.00 MLD capacity based on SBR Technology comprising of integrated natural treatment system, including evolving of hydraulic & structural designs & drawings, planning, testing and commissioning of treatment facility. The Sewage Treatment Plant should be capable of treating domestic raw sewage having characteristics of BOD =375 mg/litre & suspended Solids =750 mg/litre and the characteristics of treated /disposable effluent should comply with the standards as per the norms of H.P. State Pollution Control Board i.e. PH = 6.5- 9, BOD ≤ 10 mg/litre, COD ≤ 50 mg/litre, TSS ≤ 20 mg /litre, Faecal Coliform (MPN /1000 ml) 230, N - Total ≤ 10 mg/litre, NH4 - N ≤ 5 mg/litre. The scope of work includes construction of Equilization Tank (1 No.) Inlet Chamber (1 No.), Screen Channel (1 No .), Grit Channel (1 No.), Anoxic Reactor, SBR, Outlet Chamber (1 No ), Sludge Drying Beds (1 No. Area 140 sqm) with covering arrangements with polycarbonate sheet (6mm thick), Sludge Thikner (1 No. Job ) Chlorine Contact Tank, Interconnectivity pipe of STP & Effluent Pipe, Boundary wall with Fencing Panel around the S.T.P Yard (P&F), Steel Gate (P&F), Interconnecting Path, Railing and Access Ladder, Plant Building/Chowkidhar Room (plinth area 80.50 sq.m.), Chemical house cum storage building 80.50 Sqm, Laboratory equipments ( P&F), providing and installation of Electro - Mechanic Equipment’s with SCADA arrangements, automized Mechanical bar screen and Screw press based on slow RPM mechanism with all required accessories, Data logger for online monitoring system with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge (as per chapter No. vi(a), vi(b), vi (c). 3 Months of successful trial run and further testing, operation and maintenance (O&M) for a period of one year after the sewage effluent is received at the plant as per the provisions of Manual on Sewerage & Sewage Treatment published by CPHEEO Manual (Latest edition).

Excavation in foundation ( trenches for pipes and M/holes) upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, blasting soft/hard rock or chieselling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited, cutting of matelled bitumenous roads / pucca pavements i/c saturated soil/ bailing or pumping out water in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides,levelling of beds to correct grade including shoring,strutting, planking, timbering and dewatering wherever required, stacking the useable and un-usable material/soil separately and after laying, jointing and testing of pipes returning the useable soil to trenches in 15cm (fifteen centimeters)layers including consolidating of each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil,un-usable materials as directed within all leads and lifts including restoration of un-metalled surfaces to its original condition and also including cost of diversion of traffic,night signals,fixing caution boards,crossing over trenches for access to houses,fencing etc.complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.
