Excavation in foundation and trenches (For pipes and pits) up to all depths and in all classification of each work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing or pumping out of water, blasting soft or hard rock or chiselling or wedging out of soft/ hard rock, where blasting is prohibited, in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, levelling of beds to correct grade including shoring, strutting, planking, timbering and dewatering where ever required. Stacking usable and unusable material/ soil separately and after laying, jointing and testing of pipes, returning the usable soil in 15cm layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil/ unusable material as directed within all leads/ lifts including restoration of unmetalled surfaces to its original condition and including cost of diversion for traffic, night signal boards, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation In earth work and dispposal of all excavated earth upto a lead of 20 mtr.and lift upto 1.50 mtr.,disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed. including all leads & lifts complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing & Laying cement concrete 1:4:8 ( 1 cement : 4 sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation & plinth within all leads and lifts as per satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Random rubble masonery /polygonal rubble masonary ( Uncoursed/ brought to courses) with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including levelling up with CC 1 : 6 : 12 ( 1 cement: 6 sand: 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) in C.M. 1: 6 (1cement : 6sand) in Breast walls & retaining walls within all leads and lifts as per satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Laying cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 sand : 4graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation & plinth within all leads and lifts as per satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement :2sand 4graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement 50mm thick with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

20 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/ stone masonry for interior plastering upto floor two level including arises, internal rounded angles chamfers and/ or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in CM 1:3 (1cement : 3sand) in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 ( 1cement: 1.5 sand: 3graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

Foundation, footings, bases of columns and the like and mass concrete with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Walls (any thickness but not exceeding 0.1 metre thickness) including attached pilasters, butresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & Laying cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 sand : 4graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-.

Suspended floor roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers up to floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates of 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frames 30x30x5 mm so as to give a fair finish including centring , shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 metres and removal of the same for-in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Veritcal surface such as wall ( any thickness) partition and the like including attached pilaster, butresses, plinth and string courses and the like with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like, floors etc upto 200 mm in thickness with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Mild/TOR steel reinforcement for RCC work i/c bending, binding & placing in position complete up to floor two level (TOR/Mild steel ) in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Providing and fixing man hole cover with angle iron 50x50x4mm thick with base frame) covered with MS Sheet 2mm thick with alllocking arrangements to avoid social activities complete in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing sand cast/cast iron spun spigot and socket soil, waste and ventilating pipe (lead caullked joints to be measured and paid for separately)

Providin Fixing arrangement with 63mm dia, with outlet pipe (HDPE pipe 63mm OD (lead caullked joints to be measured and paid for separately)

Providing & fixing brass full way (with hand wheel) as per I.S. 780 class X 65mm nominal dia class PN-I scour (suction pipe) complete in all respect within all leads and lifts

Wire crate of G.I. wire filled with boulder with square cut faces against the wire ( wire crates to be measured and paid separately) in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Wire crate made of G.I. wire filled with boulder with square cut faces against the wire ( Boulder filling to be measured and paid separately) G.I. Wire 5mm thick corresponding to SWG. 6 15cmX 15cm mesh as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Labour Rate)

Laying, Jointing & Testing of HDPE pipe of following dia in trenches 10.00Kg PN 10kgf /cm^2 working pressure having grade (PE-80) as per IS :4984-2016 complete with in all lead and lift as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge (earth work in trenches to be meausred and paid for separately).
