Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of water treatment plants 6.25 MLD based on Rapid sand filter including cost of site development to adjust hydraulic levels as per contour plan and structural requirements, cost of construction of civil works, hoisting and errection of all steel works, providing and installation of all mechanical Electrical equipments/accessories, laying of all interconnecting GI/MSERW pipes and scouring arragements from all units with disposal of the same to appropriate place i.e. nearby nallah/khud/natural drainage, all types of valves, fittings and all contingent works at village Balllah (Location) capable of taking input and giving output as laid down in chapter-I of CPHEEO manual under all climatic conditions specified therein. The treatment plant includes C/O Inlet chambers, Raw water tank, Tube setlar clarifloculatar, flash mixing,Electrical channel flow meter, rapid sand filter, pipe gallery, back wash tank and clear water tanks for coagulant addition proper alum, lime, solution tank with proper mechanical mixing arrangement . Bleaching power solution chlorination is to be provided for disinfection, drainage channel, interconnecting path (Minimum 1.20 metre wide) chemical house, chemical handling and feeding arrangements gaseous chlorination units, back wash units with pumping sets and Air compressors including arrangements for disposal of waste of water treatment plant process, Plant building comprising with office, / automation room , room for housing the automated valves. Providing and fixing of lightening arrangements (LED) lights made in the boundry unit of plant area, Providing and fixing all electrical/Mechanical equipments, proper walk way for Inspection/ operation of various units. Sizes shall be based on manual of water supply and treatment published by CPHEEO, Ministry of Urban development (GOI) New Delhi. The design of various units shall conform to relevant Codes and specifications. All the hydraulic stuctuctures shall be designed and constructed in RCC M30 design shall be carried out as per design sheet chapter No.1 & technical specification No.1. All the structure shall be designed for up lift pressur encountred at footing as per contour plan uploaded suitable projection structure shall be designed and provided to avoid direct entry of HFL water within treatment premises. 6.25 MLD.

Excavation in foundation, trenches ( for pipes & pits) upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing and pumping out water, blasting soft/ hard rock or chieselling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, leveling of beds to correct grade i/c shoring /strutting , planking, timbering & dewatering wherever required, stacking the useable & unuseable material /soil separately & after laying jointing & testing of pipes, returning the useable soil in trenches in 15 cm layers including consolidating of such deposoited layer by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated soil /unusable material as directed with in all leads & lifts including restoration , unmetalled surfaces to its original condition & including cost of diversion for traffic, night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respects with in all leads & lifts as per directions of engineer-in-charge.

Providing , laying, jointing with circumfrential butt welded joints by electrical arc welding (welding thickness shall be equal to pipe wall thickness) and welding M.S. flanges at every 100 mtr pipes and testing of MSERW pipe of following dia meters confirming to BIS 3183-2007, steel grade L- 210 (latest with upto date amendments) having wall thickness as specified below and capable of withstanding required test pressure in a random length of 5.5 to 6.5 meters, including manufacturing reducers/ tapers , all short pieces, etc. as per site requirement made from parent tubes . The laying of pipe shall also include flanged joints duly welded in three layers (two inner one outer), where ever required as per the directions of the Enginer-in-charge ( Earth work in trenches and the cost of providing flanges i/c nuts & bolts & gasket will be measured and paid for seperately) and all operations such as cutting, welding, jointing, fabrication of tees i.e. lowering & laying in excavated Trenches to ensure required level i/c flushing, cleaning and hydraulic testing complete in all respects to the satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. The pipes shall be factory galvanized (zinc coating both inside and outside) as per relevant IS standards . The welding electrodes shall be as per IS 814 of Advani Oerlikon/ L&T or ISI marked make. The rates also includes entire carriage of material, flushing, cleaning & hydraulic testing , DP test of butt welded joints complete in all respect and to the best satisfaction & direction of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts. Note:- Negetive Tolerance should not be more than +/- 3%.

Providing and fixing of Cast iron sluice valve ( with hand wheel) conforming to BIS 780-1986 ( Latest with upto date ammendments) class -PN1.60 of 16.32 Kg/cm² of of Kirloskar/Leader/ Kartar/Bir make of dia i/c brass spindle as per IS 2906 class-II complete (The cost of M.S.flanges to be measured and paid for separately).

Providing and fixing of acting air valve of various dia BS: 1818- G I testpressure and as per upto date ammendments including MS flanges with table 23,17 and 5 gasket sheet etc. complete in all respects within all leads and lifts complete in all respect to the best satisfaction and direction of Engineer in charge.
