Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:3(1cement:3sand) 2nd class brick in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Sump Well & Main storage tank :- Designing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning (to be approved by the competent authority) RCC Circular under ground/partial under ground storage tank as per capacity given below at various stages/sites including excavation in foundation in all kinds of soil. including PCC (1:3:6) in foundation and M:30 design mix in bottom slab/raft ,walls and beams and RCC (1:1.5:3) in roof slab/dome with provision of inspection path around the dome with all alied Civil Works such as c/o chamber for valves, refilling and disposing of surplus excavated earth with in all leads and lifts. The tanks shall be hydraulically tested for water tightness, All works shall be conforming to relevant IS code. The cost of valves, shall be included in the rates of tanks .complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge .The contractor shall provide 6 sets of approved drawing and design to the department including cost of site development required as per site conditions.

The contractor shall provide 4 sets of approved drawing with design and one soft copy to the department. (Refer Technical specification & Data sheet No. 1 )

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement :5 sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) with 15% Plum and curing complete excluding cost of form work in retaining walls/breast walls, the size of plums shall usually by 150mm to 300mm as per HPPWD specification as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
