Providing & fixing rubber dam gate seal for water tightness in MS Dam Gates including necessary repairs i.e. cutting, trimming, welding & fixing with screws,nut-bolts of suitable size & labour charges complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge upto all lead and lift.

Providing Laying, jointing and testing in trenches (to level or grade) of GMS pipes jointed with 5% flanged joints & remaining 95% butt weld joints with of below diametre conforming to IS 1239-1990 (Part - I ) with latest upto date amendments, suitable to withstand required hydraulic test pressure in randum length 4m-7m with plain ends and jointed with MS Flanges conforming to IS 6392-1971(Latest upto date amendments) and welding of flanges as per IS 816-1969 with electrodes as per IS 814-1991 including required number and size of MS nuts and bolts as per IS 1369-1967 and compressed asbestos fibre jointing gaskets sheet not less than 3.00 mm in thickness as per IS 2712-1998. The welding of flanges to be done on both faces (two layers outter side & one inner side) to make the joints leak proof (earth work, providing and welding M.S flanges and butt welded joints to be mearsured and paid separately) and to entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.The laying of pipes conform to IS 5822-1994 and as per CPHEEO manual and will include all operations such as cutting, welding and jointing including flushing, cleaning and hydraulic testing complete in all respect. Excavation in trench, providing and welding of M.S. Flanges and butt welded joint shall be measured and paid for seperately. (Labour rate).

Providing and fixing double flange cast iron Non Return valve of 125 mm dia of Leader / Kriloskar/ Kartar make conforming to BS 780-1984 with upto date amendments as per class PN-1.00 to withstand a seat pressure of 10.20 Kg / cm2 , Flange Table-17 as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing double flanged cast steel Sluice valve of 150 mm dia of Kirloskar / Leader make to conforming to BS: 1414/API-600 Class ASA-150 including M.S. flanges as per IS 6392-1971 Table-17 including welding of flanges and capable of with standing of 52.00 Kg/cm² seat pressure with upto date amendments including carriage within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
