Supply , Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Fully Automatic LT Panel for centrifugal pump made out of 16 Gauge sheet powder coated dust and veremin proof wall mounted and front opering door type switch board with copper insulated wiring suitable to operate 2 nos. pump of rating 5 HP automatically through Variable Frequency Drive Starter. Starter should be capable to handle all the faults like short circuit, over current, under current, over voltage, under voltage, dry pump protection. It should get on and off command automatically from PLC and HMI. Monitoring and controlling of Pump running and tripping status should be monitored and controlled remotely through IOT enabled device. The type,size & make will be subject to approval of HPSEB authorities.In case of non acceptance by HPSEB authorities it shall have to be replaced by the tenderer free of cost.

On supply side of 3½ core coper cable------- mm^2 ( From HPSEB Meter to Switch & Starter). (The size of cable shall be specified by the tenderer).

On motor side 3 core flat joint less copper cable of size ---- mm^2 ( From Switch & Starter to Motor) pump installed in the bore. (The size of cable shall be specified by the tenderer).

Supply of standarad make 100 mm dia circular/square dial pressure gauge of suitable range Fiebeg/Bourden/ Precision make with all accessories such as stop cock,copper tubing etc. conforming to BIS 3624-1987 latest with up to date ammendments.

Providing and laying of G.I./MSERW pipe considering site requirements and having appropriate size in accordance with the delivery size of pumping set . The pipe shall conform to relevant BIS codes & capable of with standing the feild test pressure equal to 1.5 times the operating pressure including all type of fittings such as bends, tapers/ reducers, flanges, rubber gaskets 3mmthick, nuts & bolts and any other fitting required at site and work shall be to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The pipe material shall conform to relevant BIS Code and capable of with standing FTP equal to 1.5 times the operating pressure the complete arrangement shall compromise of

Providing and lying double loop earthing with coper plate 600x600 x3 thick electrode and copper strip of 25x3 complete including providing of material such as charcoal, common salt, GI pipes, thimbles, nuts & bolts, digging of pits, Copper /GI wire/ Strips of required capacity conforming to BIS 8034-1978 latest with upto date ammendments for above motor & other electriacl equipments including all civil works. Errection of all equipments including cost of tees, bends tapers & any other fittings required as per site conditions & as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in foundation trenches (for pipes and pits)upto all depth in all classification of earth work such as;Pick work,jumper work,saturated soil including bailing out pumping out water blasting soft/hard rock or chiselling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides.levelling of beds to correct grade including shoring,strutting, planking,timbering and dewatering where-ever required stacking the usable and un-usable material/soil separately and after laying,jointing and testing of Pipes eturning the usable soil in trenches in 15cm.layers including consolidating of such deposited layer by ramming,watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil un-usable material as directed within all leads and lifts including restoration of un-metalled surfaces to its original condition including cost of diversion for traffic night signals fixing caution Board,crossing over trenches for access to houses,fencing etc.complete in all respect as per the entire satisfactions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, jointing and testing of MSERW pipe (Zinc Coated) with circumferential butt welded joints by eclectric arc welding in 3 layers(welding thickness shall be equal to pipe wall thickness) with intermediate flanged joints after 100m spacing of pipe lenght of 250mm dia metres conforming to BIS/ISO:3183-2012 of steel grade L210 or A (Latest with upto date ammendments)having wall thickness as specified below and capable of with standing required hydraulic test pressure in a random lenght 5.50 to 6.50 mtr ,including manufacturing /fabrication of reduces /tappers,tees all shorts pieces ,bends etc of required degree as per site here ever required made from the parent tubes.The laying of pipe shall also include welding flanged,jointing duly welded in three layer(two inner one outer)here ever required as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge(Earth work in the trenhes will be measured and paid for separately)and all operation such as cutting,welding,jointing fabrication of bends ,tees i.e lowering and laying in excavated trenches to ensure required level including flushing,cleaning,and hydraulic testing complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.The Fabrication bends shall have 3-4 cuts having its of radius not less than 5 times the dia of pipe.The pipes shall be factory galvanished (Zinc coating both inside and outside)as per relevent IS Standard and the damaged portion of the pipes and specials(if damaged during laying and jointing operation of pipe)made from the paent tube,shall be provided anticorrosive treatment by applying two coats of anticorossive bitumenous paints over a priming coat as per AWWA specification C 203-1978 .The weding electrodes shall be as per IS-84-1991 od Adani Oerlikon /L&T or ISI marked make .The rates also includes entire carriage of material flushing,cleaning and hydraulic testing,DP test of butt welded joints complete in all respect and to the best satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-charge within all leas and lifts Note:-Negetive Tolerance should not be more than +/-3%)
