Evolving planning, hydraulic, Kinetic & structural design, construction, installation, testing, commissioning, regarding Rejuvenation and Restoration of existing Pubowal Pond for Water Conservation and Groundwater Recharge based on Natural Treatment System with State-of-art Technology in Tehsil Haroli and Distt. Una Himachal Pradesh, including, Construction of PCC Wall to protect steps and Railing, Construction of walkways, Construction Edge wall for Road protection, Sustenance of water level in Pond, Side slopes stabilization and stone pitching, Development of Riparian Zone, Construction of, Cascading and Aeration system, Establishment of constructed Wetland for collected sullage wastewater, Construction of Mounds for Flora and Fauna, Construction of Landscaping, Peripheral Lights, sound systems, all weather LED Screen based on the renewable energy system of desired capacity, Construction of Meditation Hut, Construction of Floating Wetlands, Construction of Re-Use Outlet Operation and Maintenance of entire system for the period of two years. The Rejuvenated and Restored existing pond should be capable for polishing of treated effluent generated from the natural treatment system (constructed wetland) for the reuse (other than potable) as per the parameters described in CPHEEO manual with latest amendments. The scope of the work also includes the cost of supporting structure for stability of proposed structures wherever. The desigm methodology should be capable to meet minimum dissolved oxygen level (4 ppm) for survival of aquatic life and supported with design kinetics based on CPHEEO manual / latest authentic references duly vetted from IIT/NIT/PEC and all the process design constants and kinetic equation used should be supported with authentic references.
