Providing and laying copper PVC insulated armoured power cable (One cable carrying all the three phases) of suitable size and capacity to motor and all other electrical equipments as per IS:1554(P-I) 1988 or latest with upto date ammendments of siemens/GLOSTER /IEC/ICC/EICO/NATIONAL/GRANDLAY make including all other accessories such as thimbles, flexible pipes, solders,nuts and bolts cable glands etc. laid in pipes or trenches under floor.

Laying,jointing and testing in trenches GMS tube pipe of following dia meters conforming to BIS :1239(Part-1),of following grade and having wall thickness as spacified below with bevelled end and dia meters capable of withstanding required test pressure in rendom length of 4 to 7 mtrs ,including spacials,short peices ,bends ,reducers ,tees etc.made from parent tube ,providing and welding of MS flsanges detail as below the MSflanges shall conform to BIS 6392-1971((with latest up to date amendments )duly welded in two layers (two inner and two outer)with pipes and both ends as per relevent BIS standers along with nuts and bolts of required sizes 3 mm thick compressed asbestos fiber/synthetic rubber gasket conformming to relevent BIS standerds .The laying of pipe will include all oprations such as cutting welding jointiong providing and fixing of MS flanges febrication of bends ,tees etc.including lowering and laying in excavated tranches to ensure required level including flushing cleaning and hydraulic testing complete in all respect to the satisfaction of Engineer -in-Charge .The fabriction bends shall have three or four cuts having its radious not less than five five times of dia of pipes.The pipes shall be factory galvanized (zinc coating both inside and outside )as per relevent IS standards .The welding electrods shall be as per IS 814 of Advani oerlikon/L & T or ISI marked make .The rates also inbcludes entire carrige of matirial flushing clkeaning and hydraulic testing complete to the best satisfaction & direction of Enginee-in -Charge with in all leads and lifts (Earth work in tranches will be measured saparately.
