Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3(one cement :one and half sand : three graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work in all leads and lifts in :-

Foundation and Plinth

walls any thickness but not less than 0.1 mtrs. thickness attached pillasters , plinths and string courses etc.from top of foundation level upto floor two level including all leads and lifts .

Providing and laying Precast Slab in nominal concrete mix of M 25 grade and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work in all leads and lifts in :-

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centering shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor two ceiling not exceeding 4 mtr and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in all lead and lifts.

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Flat surfaces such as soffits and suspended floors roofs landing and like floors etc. up to 200 mm in thickness

15 mm cement plaster in single coat of rough sides of bricks/concrete stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises internal rounded angles chamber and rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:3(1cement: 3 sand) in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4(1Cement :2 sand:4 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all leads and lifts in :-

Flat surfaces such as soffits and suspended floors roofs landing and like floors etc.

Providing mild steel / Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including cutting, bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level. Tor Steel in all leads and lifts.

Providing & Fixing of Man hole cover (size 680X680) with M.S sheet 2.00 mm thick with hinges on MS. angle iron frame 35x35x3mm supporting with 40x5mm MS flat with base frame 40x40x5mm duly welded and fixed in RCC slab with anchor bolt 12mmx150mm i/c cost of welding charges,carriage fixing and applying priming coat and locking arrangement complete in all respect as per entired satisfiction of engineer in charge.

Laying jointing and testing in trenches galvanaised mild steel tube 150 mm dia of medium grade with tube fitting (earth work in trenches to be measured and paid separetly) including all leads and lift and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing double flanged cast iron sluice valve 150 mm dia of Leader/Kirlosker/ Kartar make of Class PN-1.00 including MS flanges confirming to IS 6392-1971 of Flange Table 17 and welding of MS flanges in requisite layers on both faces including carrige complete in all respect .

Stone/boulder filling under floor in bottom in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing following fittings required for outlet assembly:-

110 mm dia PN 6 HDPE pipe end

110 mm dia PN 6 HDPE pipe 90 degree bends

110 mm dia PN 6 HDPE pipe QC pump connector

Laying,jointing and testing High Density Polyethylene pipes in trenches of 110 mm dia class PN 4/5/6/8, PE 80 grade duly ISI marked IS: 4984-1995 complete through push type compression joints with Butt heat fusion welded joints by hydraulically operated machine complete with upto date amendments including carriage of pipes as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & laying (to level and slope) reinforcedced concrete pipe(NP2) 900 mm Diameter for outlets

Providing & laying (to level and slope) reinforcedced concrete pipe(NP2) 350 mm Diameter for outlets

Steel work welded in built up sections. Trusses & framed work i/c cutting, hoisting & fixing in position & applying a primming coat of red paint in grating, framed, guards, bars, ladders, railing, brackets & similar works.

Miscellanious items required for locking arrangement and other accessories as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Laying jointing in trenches and testing ( to be leveled to grade) GMS pipe 150 mm dia jointed with 5% of total joints flanged conformimg to IS: 6392-1971 as per flange table 17 (lates upto date amendements) and remaining joints provided with circumferential butt welded joints and welding of flanges with pipes as per IS: 816-1965 with electrod as per IS: 814-2004 including required number and size of nuts and bolts as per 1369-1967 and compressed asbestos fiber jointing gaskets not less than 3mm in thickness as per IS: 2712-1965. The welding of flnages to be done on both faces in two layers on outer face & one layer on inner face to make the joints leak proof and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. The laying of pipe shall confirm to IS: 5822-1994 and as per CPHEEO manual. The laying will include all operations such as cutting welding and jointing including flushing cleaning and hydroulic testing complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of materials. Pipe will be measured for straight length only. (Earth work in trenchesto be measured and paid for spearartely).

Laying,jointing and testing High Density Polyethylene pipes in trenches of following diameter class PN 4/6, PE 80 grade duly ISI marked IS: 4984-1995 complete through push type compression joints with Butt heat fusion welded joints by hydraulically operated machine complete with upto date amendments including tube fitting such as bends, tees, reducers and collars etc. including carriage of pipes as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge (earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately).
