Excavation in foundation and trenches etc. (in pipes and pits) in all kinds of soils such as pick work, jumper work, blasting in soft/hard rock, chiselling/wedging out of rock/where blasting prohibited)saturated soil stacking the excavated earth within all leads and lifts clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposting of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts including uprooting of trees dressing of beds, and sides and preparation of sub-grade, restoration of unmetalled/metalled/paved surfaces to its original condition including soring, strutting, timbering and dewatering where ever houses, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, Laying, jointing and testing & Commissioning of GMSERW pipe L-415 or x-60 grade confirming to IS 3183:2012 at site in trenches bevelled ended BIS marked PIPE confirming to relevent codes & specification its equivalent latest with up to date ammendments of following dia with steel garde having wall thickness as mentioned below & capable of withstanding required test pressure as prescribed in BIS code , in random lengths of 6.0 to7.0 mtr. The pipe's ends shall be bevelled suitable for but welding , including the cost of jointing with butt welding confirming to IS 816-1969 or latest as appicable and with up to date ammendments (leak proof) in three layers at site of work with welding rods of standard make & all allied accesories whatever required for welding at site, tail piece, tees neds & other specials manufactured from parent pipes as applicable to the particular reach & of approved specifications as per site conditions and cutting of pipes wherever required as per site requirement i/c cariage in all leads & lifts as directed by Engineer-incharge. The pipe shall have zinc coating inside & outside confirming to IS 4736-1986 or latest with up to date ammendments & shall be engraved with IS 3183:2012 for GMSERW pipe . The laying shall confirm to BIS 5822-1970 or latest with up to date ammendements to teh entire satisfaction of Engineer-Incharge (Earthwork ,Butt welded Joint & cost of MS flanges shall be measured & paid for seperately).
