Cheiseling/wedging out of rock where the blasting is probhibited including dressing of side and bed and disposing of excavated rock up to a lead of 20 mtrs and lift up to 1.50 mtrs and neatly levelled and dressed in all leads and lifts.(60% Pick ,25 % Jumper & Cheseling work 15%)

Excavation in foundation and trenches (For pipes and pits) up to all depths and in all classification of each work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing or pumping out of water, blasting soft or hard rock or chiselling or wedging out of soft/ hard rock, where blasting is prohibited, in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, levelling of beds to correct grade including shoring, strutting, planking, timbering and dewatering where ever required. Stacking usable and unusable material/ soil separately and after laying, jointing and testing of pipes, returning the usable soil in 15cm layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil/ unusable material as directed within all leads/ lifts including restoration of unmetalled surfaces to its original condition and including cost of diversion for traffic, night signal boards, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing & Laying cement concrete 1:6:12 ( 1 cement : 6 sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts as per satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Stone soling properly hand packed filling interstics with spalls and consolidating in requireds with gradient camber complete as per specification 100mm spread thickness.

Providing & Laying cement concrete 1:4:8 ( 1 cement : 4 sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts as per satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Laying cement concrete 1:5:10 ( 1 cement : 5 sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) with 15 % plum and curing complete excluding cost of form work in retaining wall/breast wall etc. as per the direction of Engineer-in charge of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 ( 1cement: 1.5 sand: 3graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

Foundation, footings, bases of columns and the like and mass concrete with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Walls (any thickness but not exceeding 0.1 metre thickness) including attached pilasters, butresses, plinth and string concrete etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates of 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frames 30x30x5 mm so as to give a fair finish including centring ,shuttering, strutting & propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for-in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like, floors etc upto 200 mm in thickness with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Veritcal surface such as wall ( any thickness) partion and the like including attached pilaster, butresses, plinth and string courses and the like with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Mild/TOR steel reinforcement for RCC work i/c bending, binding & placing in position complete up to floor two level (TOR/Mild steel ) in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Providing and fixing man hole cover with angle iron 50x50x 4 mm thick with base frame) civered with MS Sheet 2mm thick with alllocking arrangements to avoid social activities complete in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Laying , jointing and testing of HDPE pipe for Scour pipe with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge (90mm vent pipe)

Random rubble masonery /polygonal rubble masonary ( Uncoursed/ brought to courses) with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including levelling up with CC 1 : 6 : 12 ( 1 cement: 6 sand: 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) in C.M. 1: 6 (1cement : 6sand) in Breast walls & retaining walls within all leads and lifts as per satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Laying cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 sand : 4graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation & plinth within all leads and lifts as per satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

In suspended floor

20 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/ stone masonry for interior plastering upto floor two level including arises, internal rounded angles chamfers and/ or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in CM 1:3 (1cement : 3sand) in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & Laying cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1 cement : 3 sand : 6graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation & plinth within all leads and lifts as per satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 1.80 metre high barbed wire fencing with angle iron post 2.50 metre hieght 65*65*5mm, 2.50m c/c with 9 horizontal rows and 2 diagonal rows of baebed wire embedded in cc 1:3:6 ( 1 cement: 3sand: 6graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size). (Thourgh Rate)

Steel work welded in built up sections including cutting ,hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in gratings framed guards, bars, ladders,rallings,brackets and similar works. with in all leads and lift complete in all respect.

Wire crate of G.I. wire filled with boulder with square cut faces against the wire ( wire crates to be measured and paid separately) in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying, Jointing & Testing of HDPE pipe of following dia in trenches PN 6 Kg/cm^2 working pressure PE-80 grade conforming to IS :4984-2016 complete including fitting within all lead and lift as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge (earth work in trenches to be meausred and paid for separately). (Fusion Joints) with butt (heat) fusion welding joints.
