Supply and fixing of control panel for submersible pump complete with shaft and angle iron, fabricated duly painted and complete with internal wiring and comprising of air break starter main switch of suitable Amp., T.P. voltmeter, ammeter, phase indicating lamps water level guard and single phase preventer including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Supply and fixing submersible cable 6.00mm2 to submersible sets .including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Supply and fixing stainless steel rope wire (minimum 5 mm thick excluding insulation thickness) suitable to wear the weight of motor pump, riser pipe etc.

Providing & laying at site double loop earthing with copper/ G.I. plate 600x600x3mm thick electrode complete with material such as charcoal, common salt, GI pipes, thimbles, nuts & bolts, digging of pits, GI wiring & 25x5mm G.I. strips of required capacity conforming to BIS 3043-1987 latest with up to date amendments suitable for above motors & other electrical equipments i/c cost of carriage of material in all leads & lifts & as directed by Engineer -Incharge.

Providing chain pulley for lifting of submersible pump heavy duty 3 tonne capacity complete with tripod make with G.I. pipe and U clamp.

Supplying installation testing and commissioning of 15 KVA standred make air colled silent DG set comprising of air colled Diesel Engine 56 HP or suitable for 15 KVA altrenator rated at 3 phase, 415 volt 50Hz, 0.8 p.f. @ 1500 RPM both mounted and aligned on a common M.S. base frame complete with MS fuel tanki, Gen. Set AMF panel, Residental Exhaust Silenceer, AVM pade fitted on base frame 1No. 12 volts D.C. battery (Exide/Tata) with battery leads, 1st fill of lubricated oil all housed in sound proof acrostic enclosure. The panel board shall be accommodated with main incomer 100 ampere MCCB, Ampere volt meter, Selector swithces, C.T. internal wiring with suitable copper wire complete panel AMF type. Suitable to supply power to run one 5 BHP submersible pump installed at an altitude of 3600 m above MSL to supply power .

Providing laying and fixing of aluminium conducter, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed armoured /XLPE power cable, working voltage 1100 volts grade on surface etc, of the requried size 3.5*50mm2.

Providing and fixing100 ampere change over switch of makeL&T as required complete in all respect including all connections with thimbles etc, complete.

Providing double loop earthing arrangment with copper earth plate 600mmx600mmx 3mm thick including accessories i.e. G.I. pipe copper plates ,copper stripe and wire for looping and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangment and watering pipe etc. (butt without charcoal or coke and salt) complete as required .

Providing and fixing 25mmx5mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for earth connection etc. as required.

Providing and fixing fire extinguishers of surperior class make as per IS specification

Providing and fixing rubber mat suitable and tested upto 1100 volts AC supply having size 2mx1mx12mm thick.

Excavation in foundations, , trenches (for pipes and pits) up to all depths and in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, metalled& unmetalled road , blasting work in soft/hard rock or chiselling work wedging out of rock ( where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, levelling of beds to correct grade including soring, strutting/ planking , timbering and dewatering where ever required, stacking the useable and un -useable materials/soils separately and after laying jointing and testing of pipes, returning the useable soils in 15cm layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soils/un-useable materials as directed within all leads and lifts including restoration of un-metalled surfaces to its original conditions and including the cost of diversion of traffic, night signal ,fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respects within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing, Laying, jointing and testing in trenches to be leveled to grades,BIS marked MSERW flanged pipes of following diameters conforming to BIS 3183-2007 (latest with up to date amendments) having minimum wall thickness as specified below of steel grade "A" jointed with flanges conforming to tables as specified below of BIS 6392-1971 (latest with up to date amendments) welded at both ends according to relevant BIS standards and detailed specifications & provided with nuts & bolts of required sizes, 3mm thick compressed asbestos fibre gasket of synthetic rubber gasket conforming to relevant BIS codes including all short pieces, tees, bends and other specials etc. made from parent tubes & welded with flanges of tables as aplicable for the particular reach & approved spfication as per site conditions including flushing, cleaning,painting & hydraulic testing complete to the best satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.The pipes shall be galvanised ( zinc coating) in accordance with IS 4736-1986 in side & out side & shall be engraved with BIS 3183-2007 & supplying firm logo at two ends & centre of the pipe with in all leads & lifts.
