Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1½:3 (1 cement: 1½ sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:- In Foundation

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm, so as to give a fair finish including centring shuttering ,strutting and propping etc.with wooden battens and ballies,height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs. and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

a) In foundation

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete up to floor two level.

Providing and fixing Zinc Aluminium steel circular water storage tank on RCC foundation having capacity 100000 litres made of Zinc Aluminium (Zincalume) material of Tata/JSW make, 0.8 mm thick sheet, to be assembled at site (tank dimensions: Inner Diameter- 5.65 m, Height including free board-4.10 m) with self-supporting roof (Hot Dip Galvanized (HDG) roof structure) of Zinc Aluminium material thickness of sheet 0.56mm with bearing capacity not less than 110 kg/sqm. including all allied accessories i/c inlet, outlet, over flow & scouring nozzles of G.I, G.I. air vent pipe, heavy duty cage ladder Hot Dip Galvanized (external & internal), 1 No., access hatch on roof, level indicator with geotextile base protection and food grade PVC inner lining 760 GSM (0.55mm thick) SRF/Sieon make ,UV stabilized, anti-cracking, anti-algae, anti-static confirming to relevant IS Codes, wind load bearing capacity of the structure not to be less than 44m/sec.The contractor shall certify the expected life of tank which shall not be less than 30 years beside provide leakage proof warranty of tank for 3 years and from manufacturing defects for 1 year in case the work is awarded to him/her.
