Laying Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work i/c bending,binding & placing complete upto floor two level.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc with wooden battens and ballies, height of proping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs. and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in

vertical surface such as walls ( any thickness) partition and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses plinth and string courses and the like with in all leads and lifts

Cutting in earth work in all classification such as pick work ,Jumper work , Jumper blast hard blasting by chesling where blasting is prohibited in saturated soil and disposal of all excavated earth upto all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Laying, jointing and commissioning of HDPE 90 mm OD (High Density Polyethylene pipes) of following diameter and class confirming to IS 4984-1995 with fusion welding process including all necessary fittings & bends in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.(Earth work in trenches to be measured and paid separately)

Providing, laying, jointing and testing in trenches of galvanized MSERW flanged pipes excluding cost of flanged bends of all degrees conforming to IS:3183-2007,Grade L 245 B as per dimensions weight and test pressure mentioned below in a random length of 4m - 6m, The M.S. flanges are to be provided 10% of total joints as per table below conforming to IS: 6392-1971 (latest upto date amendments) and welding of flanges with pipes as per IS: 816-1965 with a electrode as per IS: 814-1967 including required Nos. and size of M.S. nut and bolts as per IS: 1369-1967 and compressed asbestos fiber jointing gaskets sheet not less than 3mm thick sas per IS: 2712-1965 & 90% butt welded joints by considering minimum three layers. The welding of flanges to be done on both faces in two layers on outer face + one layer on inner face to make the joints leak proof and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. The laying of pipes should be conformed to IS: 5822-1994 (earth work in trenches, MS flanges and butt welded joint to be measured and paid for seprately) . The pipe shall have zinc coating as per IS:4736 in factory latest with upto date ammendements.

MSERW pipe 200 mm dia inner dia, 4.80mm wall thickeness haing weight @20.328kg/mtrs.

Providing and jointing MS flanges conform IS 6392 with latest amendment for various dia of MSERW pipe and GI pipes to the table 11 including, jointing to matural shelves gasket champion make nutsm, bolts and welding of flages at both faces inner and outer side as per requirement and site condition with electric welding complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts.

Wire crates made of interlink chain filled with boulders with square cut faces against the wire (Boulders filling to be measured and paid separately) mesh 15 cm x15 cm made of interlink chain 4mm thick corresponding to SWG-8 with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in -Charge. corresponding to (SWG-8) of 15X15 cm mesh. with in all leads and lifts.

Wire crates made of interlink chain filled with boulders with square cut faces against the wire (wire crates to be measured and paid separately.) with in all leads and lifts.

Supplying hosting and streching to specified profile wire rope for span 12 mm dia (weight) 49.80kg/ 100 mtr)

Steel work in single section including cutting, hosting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in ISLB, (ISLB 125x75 mm @11.9 kg/meter)

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4 (1cement :2sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size.) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in suspended floor upto floor to level within all leads and lifts.
