Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows,ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-incharge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately)Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC15) complete,in all respects in all leads and lifts as directed by E in C.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):With float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness (weight not less than 10 kg/ sqm) complete,in all respects in all leads and lifts as directed by E in C.

Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts, ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868), transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with nuts and screws etc. complete :300x16 mm complete,in all respects in all leads and lifts as directed by E in C.

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete :150x10 mm complete,in all respects in all leads and lifts as directed by E in C.

Providing and fixing aluminium handles, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete :125 mm complete,in all respects in all leads and lifts as directed by E in C.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete,in all respects in all leads and lifts as directed by E in C.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer complete,in all respects in all leads and lifts as directed by E in C.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications :Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture complete,in all respects in all leads and lifts as directed by E in C.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all com plete as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.With cement mortar 1:4(1cement: 4 coarse sand) complete,in all respects in all leads and lifts as directed by E in C.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead :Of area 3 sq. metres and below complete,in all respects in all leads and lifts as directed by E in C.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes.110 mm diameter. complete,in all respects in all leads and lifts as directed by E in C.

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings including trenching and refilling etc External work. :15 mm dia nominal bore complete,in all respects in all leads and lifts as directed by E in C.

Providing and fixing brass bib tap of approved quality :15 mm nominal bore complete,in all respects in all leads and lifts as directed by E in C.

Providing and fixing brass stop cock of approved quality 15 mm nominal bore complete,in all respects in all leads and lifts as directed by E in C.

Providing and fixing ball valve (brass) of approved quality, High or low pressure, with plastic floats complete 15 mm nominal bore complete,in all respects in all leads and lifts as directed by E in C.

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank, IS : 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank. complete,in all respects in all leads and lifts as directed by E in C.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised - PVC moulded fittings/ accessories for unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion.Coupler 110 mm complete,in all respects in all leads and lifts as directed by E in C.

Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides complete,in all respects in all leads and lifts as directed by E in C.

Providing and laying brick tiles over mumty roofs, grouted with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement, over 12 mm layer of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) and finished neat:With common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) brick tiles of class designation 10 complete,in all respects in all leads and lifts as directed by E in C.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.complete,in all respects in all leads and lifts as directed by E in C.

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete,in all respects in all leads and lifts as directed by E in C.
