Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 Cement: 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of centering and shuttering complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement: 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in retaining walls, return walls , walls (any thicknessincluding attached plasters , columns, piers, abutments, pillars, post , struts buttresses, string aur or lacing courses, parapets, coping , bed blocks , anchor block plain windows sills , fillets sunken floors etc.up to five level , excluding the cost of centering , shuttering and finishing complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of from work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in Suspended floor roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and contilever upto floor two level complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Bed complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Side slopes complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement : 1.5 coarse sand) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete in :

All work up to plinth level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering & reinforcement complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering,finishing and reinforcement : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Wire Crate of G.I wire filled with boulder square cut faces against the wire ( Wire Crates to be measured and paid for separately) complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Wire Crate made of G.I wire filled with boulders with square cut faces against the wire ( Boulder filling to be measured and paid separately) G.I wire 5.00 mm thick corresponding to SWG-8 15x 15 cm mesh complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Mild steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing CI Sluice Valve of following dia & class of Leader / Kartar / Kirloskar make with MS Flange of Table 5 as per IS 6392-1971 & welding of MS Flanges in two layers on both faces complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, jointing, commissioning & testing in trenches HDPE pipes of following diameters & classes as per IS 4984 (1995) and jointing the pipes with push type compression joints by hydraulically operated machines, butt fussion welding & electro fusion welding machines i/c necessary fittings, bends, tees, unions, flanges, collars & reducers etc. confirming to IS 8360 & IS 8008 with latest ammendments & shall be provided as per site conditions. Flanging of the pipes shall be made as & where required. Jointing shall be confirming to IS code 8008 & IS 7634, stub ends will be welded on pipes & MS flange shall be provided with slip on covered by epoxy coating/plastic powder. The flange should be confirm to ANSI B 16.5 with necessary nuts & bolts. All manufacturing maerial used shall be in accordance to IS 4427-2007 (latest revision) with 100 % virigin pre-compounded or natural PE resin. Jointing shall be complete in all respects i/c testing at site upto entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Laying, jointing and testing in trenches (to level or grade) G.I. pipes of following dia (M class) conforming to IS:1239-2004(Part - I ) (latest upto date amendments) of grade and wall thickness as specified below, suitable to withstand required hydraulic test pressure in randum length 4 m-6 m with plain ends and jointed with MS Flanges for 1% of length conforming to IS:6392-1971 (latest upto date amendments) and welding of flanges as per IS: 816-1969 with electrodes as per IS:814-1991 including required number and size of MS nuts and bolts as per IS 1369-1967 and compressed asbestos fibre jointing gaskets sheet not less than 3.00mm in thickness as per IS:2712-1998. & butt welded joints. The welding of flanges to be done on both faces in two layers on outer face & one layer on inner face to make the joints leak proof and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. The laying of Pipes conform to IS 5822-1994 and as per CPHEEO manual and will include all operations such as cutting, welding and jointing including flushing, cleaning and hydraulic testing complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts. (Earth work in trenches, butt welding will be measured and paid for seperately)

Providing circumferential butt welded joints by electrical arc welding to GI pipe, welded in requisite number of weld runs so as to achieve the minimum effective throat thickness of weld conforming to IS 816-1969 specifications, by using welding electrodes of 2.5mm to 6.3mm of Advani Oerilikon (Adore)-CITOJET/ES/ESAB make,conforming to IS 814-1991, include Die pentration test,at site of work complete in all respects, including manual/mechanical handling of pipes in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

150 mm Dia GI Pipe (M Class)

Providing and welding M.S. flanges @ 1% of joints, conforming to following tables as per IS 6392-1971 (Latest with upto date amendments) with plain end GI pipe in requsite number of layers on both faces to make the joint leak proof (The cost of providing and laying of GI pipes to be measured and paid for seprately). The welding of flanges should conform to IS:816-1969 with electrodes as per IS: 814-1991 and required number of nuts and bolts conforming to IS 1364. including cost of gasket sheet nuts & bolts. The thickness of gasket sheet not less then 3.00mm conforming to IS 2712-1998. The work shall be done to the entire satifaction of engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts.

150 mm Dia GI Pipe (M Class)

Finishing with epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared on steel work and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Writing new letters and figures of any shade with synthetic enamel black or any other approved colour to give an even shade as per drawings and technical specifications clause 1701 in English and roman, hyphen, commas and the like not to be measured and paid complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. handles conforming to IS:4992 with necessary screws etc. complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of 75 mm hydrant with main or submain line including HDPE Riser 75 mm double threaded PN-6.0, 75 mm PP ball valve, bend, male female coupler threaded PN-6.0, service saddle PN-6.0 and elbow bend with steel clamp complete in all respect and jointing by butt fusion process (as per requirement of main & sub main line) complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Restoration charges for digging of metalled road & shoulder including getting permission from concerned authority & repair the same complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
