Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and then disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within all lead and lifts including restoration of unmettalled surfaces to its original condition complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :

Foundations, footings, bases for columns, mass concrete complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge.

Columns, pillars, piers, abutments, postsand struts complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge.

Extra Allowance for formwork in concrete lining in:

Bed complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge.

In sides complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 Cement: 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of centering and shuttering complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement: 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in retaining walls, return walls , walls (any thickness including attached plasters , columns, piers, abutments, pillars, post , struts buttresses, string aur or lacing courses, parapets, coping , bed blocks , anchor block plain windows sills , fillets sunken floors etc.up to five level , excluding the cost of centering , shuttering and finishing complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of centering and shuttering for all work up to plinth level complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

All work up to plinth level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering & reinforcement complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

In suspended floor roofs , landing and shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders , bressumers and cantilever up to floor two level complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

In walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level upto all level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement : 1.5 coarse sand) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete in :

All work up to plinth level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering & reinforcement complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

In walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level upto all level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing cement concrete lining 15 cm thick or less for irrigation channels, using cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement2 sand :4 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in:

Bed complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Side slopes complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Laying Stone/ Boulder filling behind the Retaining wall , also under floor and upstream of i/ gallery/ under floor etc.complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Mild steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & making Gabion structure with Mechanically Woven Double Twisted Hexagonal Shaped Wire mesh Gabion Boxes as per IS:16014:2012,MORTH Clause 2500, of required size, Mesh Type 10x12(D=100 mm with tolerance of ± 2%) Zinic+PVC coated, Mesh wire diameter 2.7/3.7mm, mechanically edged/selvedged with partitions at every 1m interval and shall have minimum 10 numbers of openings per meter of mesh perpendicular to twist, tying with lacing wire of diameter 2.2/3.2mm(ID/OD), supplied @3% by weight of Gabion boxes, filled with boulders with least dimension of 200 mm, as per drawing complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, jointing , commissioning and testing in trenches (to level or grade) GMS tubes confirming to IS : 1239: 2004 of 125 mm dia, medium class with all necessary fittings conforming to IS specification capable to withstand the required hydraulic test pressure as per IS code in random length of 6.00 mtrs. including flushing , cleaning and hydraulic testing of pipe complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and welding M.S Flanges, joint conforming o table as per IS 6392-1971(Latest with up to date amendments) with plain end G.I pipe in requisite number of layers on both faces to makethe joint leak proof (The cost of Providing and laying of G.I pipe to be measured oaid separately). The weldingof flanges should conforms to IS:816-1969 withelectrode as per IS :814-1991 and required number of nuts and bolts conforming to is:1364. Including cost of gasket sheet nuts and bolts. The thickness of gasket sheet not be less than 3.00 mm conforming to IS: -2712-1998. The work shall be done to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge with all in leads and lifts.(125 mm dia G.I Pipe)

Providing and fixing CI Sluice Valve of following dia & class of Leader / Kartar / Kirloskar make with MS Flange of Table 5 as per IS 6392-1971 & welding of MS Flanges in two layers on both faces complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, jointing, commissioning & testing in trenches HDPE pipes of following diameters & classes as per IS 4984 (1995) and jointing the pipes with push type compression joints by hydraulically operated machines, butt fussion welding & electro fusion welding machines i/c necessary fittings, bends, tees, unions, flanges, collars & reducers etc. confirming to IS 8360 & IS 8008 with latest ammendments & shall be provided as per site conditions. Flanging of the pipes shall be made as & where required. Jointing shall be confirming to IS code 8008 & IS 7634, stub ends will be welded on pipes & MS flange shall be provided with slip on covered by epoxy coating/plastic powder. The flange should be confirm to ANSI B 16.5 with necessary nuts & bolts. All manufacturing maerial used shall be in accordance to IS 4427-2007 (latest revision) with 100 % virigin pre-compounded or natural PE resin. Jointing shall be complete in all respects i/c testing at site upto entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. For Approved makes as per the list Enclosed in bidding Document Page No. CF-8.

Painting two coats with ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate paint of approved brand with priming coat & manufacturer on steel galvanized iron/ steel works complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of 75 mm hydrant with main or submain line including HDPE Riser 75 mm double threaded PN-10.0, 75 mm PP ball valve, bend, male female coupler threaded PN-10.0, service saddle PN-10.0 and elbow bend with steel clamp complete in all respect and jointing by butt fusion process (as per requirement of main & sub main line) complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
