Providing Mild steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & making Gabion structure with Mechanically Woven Double Twisted Hexagonal Shaped Wire mesh Gabion Boxes as per IS 16014:2012,MORTH Clause 2500, of required size, Mesh Type 10x12 (D=100 mm with tolerance of ± 2%) Zinc coated, Mesh wire diameter 3.0 mm, mechanically edged/selvedged with partitions at every 1m interval and shall have minimum 10 numbers of openings per meter of mesh perpendicular to twist, tying with lacing wire of diameter 2.2mm, supplied @3% by weight of Gabion boxes, filled with boulders with least dimension of 200 mm, as per drawing, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing with epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared on steel work and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Writing new letters and figures of any shade with synthetic enamel black or any other approved colour to give an even shade as per drawings and technical specifications clause 1701 in English and roman, hyphen, commas and the like not to be measured and paid complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, jointing and testing in trenches (to level or grade) GMS tube ( IS : 1239-2004) of 80 mm dia, & medium Class conforming to IS specification capable to withstand the required hydraulic test pressure as per IS code in random length of 6.00 mtrs. complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge. (EARTH WORK IN TRENCHES TO BE MEASURED PAID FOR SEPARATELY)

Providing, laying, jointing and testing in trenches (to level or grade) GMS tube ( IS : 1239-2004) of 100 mm dia, & medium Class conforming to IS specification capable to withstand the required hydraulic test pressure as per IS code in random length of 6.00 mtrs. complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge. (EARTH WORK IN TRENCHES TO BE MEASURED PAID FOR SEPARATELY)

Providing, laying, jointing and testing in trenches (to level or grade) GMS tube ( IS : 1239-2004) of 150 mm dia, & medium Class conforming to IS specification capable to withstand the required hydraulic test pressure as per IS code in random length of 6.00 mtrs. complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge. (EARTH WORK IN TRENCHES TO BE MEASURED PAID FOR SEPARATELY)

Providing circumferencial Butt welded joints by electrical arc welding to GI pipe having 100 mm dia. of pipe,wall thickness,welded in requisite numbers of weld runs so as to achieve the minimum effective throat thickness of weld conforming to IS 816-1969 specifications, by using welding electrodes of 2.5 mm to 6.3 mm of ADVANI Oerlikon (Adore) - CITOJET / ESAB make, conforming to IS 814-1991, at site of work complete in all respects, including manual/mechanical handling of pipes in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, welding and fixing of M.S. flanges at suitable reaches, conforming to following table 5; 100 mm as per IS:6392-1971 (Latest with upto date amendments) and welding of MS Flanges with G.I. Pipes/ MSERW pipes in two layers on both faces to make the joint leak proof (The cost of providing and laying of G.I.Pipes/MSERW Pipes to be measured and paid for separately). The welding of flanges should conform to IS 816-1969 with electrode as per IS : 814-1991 and required number of nuts & bolts conforming to IS: 1364. The thickness of gasket not less than 3.00mm conforming to IS : 2712-1998. The work shall be done as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads and lifts.

Providing & fixing of 75 mm hydrant with Main or Submain line including HDPE Riser 75 mm Double Threaded PN-6,0 ,75 mm PP Ball Valve, Bend, Male Female Coupler Threaded PN-6.0,Service Saddle PN-6.0 and Elbow bend with Steel Clamp complete in all respect and jointing by butt fusion process (as per requirement of main & sub main line). For Distribution System with 90 mm.

Providing & fixing of 75 mm hydrant with Main or Submain line including HDPE Riser 75 mm Double Threaded PN-6,0 ,75 mm PP Ball Valve, Bend, Male Female Coupler Threaded PN-6.0,Service Saddle PN-6.0 and Elbow bend with Steel Clamp complete in all respect and jointing by butt fusion process (as per requirement of main & sub main line). For Distribution System with 110 mm.

Providing, laying, jointing, commissioning & testing in trenches HDPE pipes of approved manufactures as per the list attached in Bidding Document page no:- .CF 10 of following diameters & classes as per IS 4984 (1995) and jointing the pipes with push type compression joints by hydraulically operated machines, butt fussion welding & electro fusion welding machines i/c necessary fittings, bends, tees, unions, flanges, collars & reducers etc. confirming to IS 8360 & IS 8008 with latest ammendments & shall be provided as per site conditions. Flanging of the pipes shall be made as & where required. Jointing shall be confirming to IS code 8008 & IS 7634, stub ends will be welded on pipes & MS flange shall be provided with slip on covered by epoxy coating/plastic powder. The flange should be confirm to ANSI B 16.5 with necessary nuts & bolts. All manufacturing maerial used shall be in accordance to IS 4427-2007 (latest revision) with 100 % virigin pre-compounded or natural PE resin. Jointing shall be complete in all respects i/c testing at site upto entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
