Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation, trenches or drains, pits upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing and pumping out water, chieselling soft / hard rock including getting out the excavated soil, dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms and returning the soil as required in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and then disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within all leads and lifts complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and then disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within all lead and lifts including restoration of unmettalled surfaces to its original condition complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :

Foundations, footings, bases for columns, mass concrete complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge.

Extra Allowance for formwork in concrete lining in:

Bed complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge.

In sides complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 Cement: 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of centering and shuttering complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement: 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of centering and shuttering complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Foundation & plinth excluding the cost of centering, shuttering & reinforcement complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of centering and shuttering for all work up to plinth level complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

All work up to plinth level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering & reinforcement complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement : 1.5 coarse sand) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete in :

All work up to plinth level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering & reinforcement complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

In walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level upto all level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing cement concrete lining 15 cm thick or less for irrigation channels, using cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement2 sand :4 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in:

Bed complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Side slopes complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Mild steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Boulder filling dry hand packed tightly as in wire crate apron bund (wire crates to be measured separately) complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level, including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) at window sills, ceiling level complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, jointing, commissioning & testing in trenches HDPE pipes (coil/ staright as per approval of Project Manager) of following diameters & classes as per IS 4984 (1995) and jointing the pipes with push type compression joints by hydraulically operated machines, butt fussion welding & electro fusion welding machines i/c necessary fittings, bends, tees, unions, flanges, collars & reducers etc. confirming to IS 8360 & IS 8008 with latest ammendments & shall be provided as per site conditions. Flanging of the pipes shall be made as & where required. Jointing shall be confirming to IS code 8008 & IS 7634, stub ends will be welded on pipes & MS flange shall be provided with slip on covered by epoxy coating/plastic powder. The flange should be confirm to ANSI B 16.5 with necessary nuts & bolts. All manufacturing maerial used shall be in accordance to IS 4427-2007 (latest revision) with 100 % virigin pre-compounded or natural PE resin. Jointing shall be complete in all respects i/c testing at site upto entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

90 mm dia HDPE pipe (PN 4.0, PE 80)

Providing, laying, jointing with flanging, commissioning and testing in trenches (to level or grade) GMS tubes confirming to IS : 1239: 2004 of 150 mm dia, medium class with all necessary fittings conforming to IS specification capable to withstand the required hydraulic test pressure as per IS code in random length of 6.00 mtrs. including flushing , cleaning and hydraulic testing of pipe complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing circumferencial Butt welded joints by electrical arc welding to GMS tubes confirming to IS : 1239: 2004 of 150 mm dia,welded in requisite numbers of weld runs to make the joint leak proof so as to achieve the minimum effective throat thickness of weld conforming to IS 816-1969 specifications, by using welding electrodes of 2.5 mm to 6.3 mm of Advani Oerlikon (Adore) - Citojet / ESAB make conforming to IS 814-1991, at site of work complete in all respect including manual/mechanical handling of pipes in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing with epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared on steel work and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Writing new letters and figures of any shade with synthetic enamel black or any other approved colour to give an even shade as per drawings and technical specifications clause 1701 in English and roman, hyphen, commas and the like not to be measured and paid complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of brick wall in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 Coarse sand) complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing Male Female Coupler of 75 mm embedded in wall complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing End cap plug of 90 mm Dia with locking arrangement and 90 mm Elbow Bend HDPE complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Restoration Charges for Road Crossing as per HPPWD Norms for Metalled and Tarred road with Bituminous macadam for GI Pipe complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
