Providing & fixing 10mm thick glossy double charged heavy duty vitrified tiles (Premium Kazaria / Nitco / Johnson / Orientbell make) 600x600mm and 10mm thick or manufactured thickness of the above brand approved shade and colour in floorings, treads of steps and landing laid on a bed of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One cement : three sand) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles as required complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections trusses and framed work including cuttings, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint including all leads and lifts of material as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. a) In grating framed guard bars, ladders, railing, brackets and similar work.

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Wall painting (two coats) with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture for interior grade on undecorated concrete / stone / plastered wall surfaces to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth including applying of putty a required for metling the surface complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Removing of white washing or colour washing by steel with brushing and/or scrapping & preparing the surface smooth including necessary repair to scratches complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

15mm (fifteen milimetre) cement plaster in single coat in fair/rough side on brick concrete/stone walls for interior/exterior plastering with all height including arises internal rounded angles chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (eighty milimetre) in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement: six sand) including all leads and lifts and material as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of above ground level upto all floor level including disposal of serviceable material within all leads & lifts including cutting the necessary reinforcement & separating out from the R.C.C./R.B. work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. a) RCC work

Demolition of above ground level upto all floor level including disposal of unserviceable material within all leads complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. i) Un-reinforced cement concrete upto 15 cm thickness.

Dismantling of wooden floors up all floor level including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material with in all leads and lifts (joists to be measured and paid for separately) complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work above ground level upto all floor level including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within all leads & lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. a) In cement Mortar
