Dismantling Steel Sheet roofing including ridges, hips, valleys, gutters etc. stacking the serviceable materials at designated location and disposal of un-serviceable materials to all leads, lifts and other incidental works.-

Dismantling Slate roofing including ridges, hips, valleys, gutters etc. stacking the serviceable materials at designated location and disposal of un-serviceable materials to all leads, lifts and other incidental works as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling steel work upto span of 10 metres and a height of 5 metres in built up section in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, beading etc and disposal of un-serviceable materials to all leads, lifts and other incidental works as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling wood work. Wrought framed and fixed in frames other frames and trusses of existing structures stacking the serviceable materials at designated location and disposal of un-serviceable materials to all leads, lifts and other incidental works as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation in all kind and classification of soil for levelling ground, busbays, footpath, kerbs, etc. including dressing and including getting out and disposal of excavated earth all lead and lifts and other incidental works as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures in all kind of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock chieseling / wedging out rocks (where blasting prohibited ) as per drawing and MoRTH technical specification clause 304 and as per direction of Engineer-in charge, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material upto anu lead and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material including shoring and struting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto an depth any quantam of water including cleaning of slush which may arises out during dewatering as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Including carriage of material within all leads and lifta and othetr incidental works.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete grade M10 nominal mix 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 sand : 6 Crushed stone Aggragate) in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm in or under water including curing complete pumping or bailing out water de-watering removal of slush as required at site, which may arises at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/depth including cost of form work in sub-strucuture as drawing and MoRTH techincal specification clause 1500,1700 & 2200 including carriage of material in all leads and lift and other incidental works, as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in charge.

Providing and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC Grade M25) in or under water including curing complete pumping or bailing out water de-watering removal of slush as required at site, which may arises at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/depth including cost of form work in sub-strucuture as per Drawing and MoRTH technical Specifications Clause 1500, 1700 & 2200 including carriage of material in all leads and lift and other incidental works, as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in charge. :-With Batching Plant, Transit Mixer and Concrete Pump

Providing and Laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 Sand : 4 Aggreate 40 mm) with 15% plums and curing complete including the cost of formwork for plain/reinforced concrete in retaining walls, breast walls, the size of plum should be 150 to 300 mm including carriage of material with all leads and lifts and other incidental works as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. complete as per drawing and HPPWD technical specifications.

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in sub-structure complete as per drawing and MoRTH Technical Specifications clause 1600 & 2200 including cutting, bending, binding & placing in position complete in all respect including cost of binding wire upto any levels as per drawing direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental Works.

Providing and laying Random Rubble Stone masonry work with cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 Cement : 3 Coarse Sand) for substructure complete as per drawing and MoRTH technical Specifications:-Clause 1400 & 2200 including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental works as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Cast in Situ Cement Concrete M20 Kerb :- Construction of cement concrete kerb with top and bottom width 115 and 165 mm respectively, 250 mm high in M 20 grade PCC on M-10 grade foundation 150 mm thick, foundation having 50 mm projection beyond kerb stone, foundation concrete laid manually, all complete as per drawing and MoRTH technical specification clause 408 and as per direction of Engineer-in charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental works.

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/Plain/ Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/ return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V : 20H towards drawing foce. Complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental works as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying of Filter media with granular materials/stone crushed aggregates satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2. of MoRTH specifications to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and Technical Specification including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental works as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Back filling with Granular Material behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing and techincal specification including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental works as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying flamed finish 18mm thhick Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. Flamed finish granite stone slab Jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent. including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental works as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.Design Pattern and colour approved by DSCL Authority

Providing and laying 18mm thhick Polished Granite stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. on existing conc. benches as per drawing and technical specification including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental works as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.and Design Pattern and colour approved by DSCL Authority

Providing edge moulding to 18 mm thick marble stone/Granite counters, Vanities etc., including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete as per design approved by Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing Ist quality external finish 6 mm thick wall tiles of approved make laid on a bed of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1Cement : 3 Sand) finished with flush pointing in white cement. in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge,

Providing and laying 60mm thick heavy duty precast cement concrete inter locking paver blocks vibro compacted M-50 grade i/c border or kerb block grey or coloured over sub-base of with 25mm thick average thickness of concrete cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of blocks i/c curing rubbing & polishing complete as per the design/ pattern and colour approved (Sub base concrete floor to be paid for separate) including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental works as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying heavy duty paving in combination 60mm paver block, cobble stone 100x100x60mm and Cobble block 100x100x60mm in the ratio of 60 : 20 : 20 in Bus Bays laid over 25mm average thickness of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) laid over and i/c pointing and curing rubbing & polishing complete as per the design patteren and colour approved (Sub base concrete floor to be paid for separately) including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental works as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Design Pattern and colour approved by DSCL Authority

Structural steel work welded/revited/bolted in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as per drawing and technical specification including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental works as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheetwith top coat of regular modifiedpolyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primercoating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primercoating i/c fixing with prepainted bolts / nuts / screws / washers complete with all accesoriees as required including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental works as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60cm overall with 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheets in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheets with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating + back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepaintedbolts / nuts / screws / washers complete with all accessories as required including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental works as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing valley 60 cm overall 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with bolts / nuts / screws / washers complete with all accessories as required including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental works as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. BP Sheet 1.66mm to 2mm thick in eaves board/facia/soffits/ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge (Base members of steel work shall be measured & paid separately) including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental works as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing polycarbonate Transparent sheet 2mm thick in roofing / wall i/c fixing with prepainted bolts / nuts / screws / washers complete with all accessories as required including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental works as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Applying wax polish on new wood and wood based surfaces with bees wax polish in proportion of 2:1.5:1:0.5(2 bees wax:1.5 linseed oil : 1 turpentine oil:0.5 varnish by weight) to give an even surface including cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust and sand papered smooth all complete as per drawing and tehnical specification including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental works as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick Marine plywood (conforming to IS: 710) cladding over steel column as per drawing and CPWD technical specification 9.2.11 including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental works as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Designing, fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in position Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding, with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building , for all heights and all levels etc. including Providing, fabricating and supplying and fixing panels of aluminium composite panel cladding in pan shape in metalic colour of approved shades made out of 4mm thick aluminium composite panel material consisting of 3mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwiched between two Aluminium sheets (each 0.5mm thick). The aluminium composite panel cladding sheet shall be coil coated, with Kynar 500 based PVDF / Lumiflon based fluoropolymer resin coating of approved colour and shade on face # 1 and polymer (Service) coating on face # 2 as specified using stainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealant, backer rods etc. including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental works as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Retro-reflectorised traffic signs:-Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing:-"BUS STOP" Sign board ahead to designated to STOP including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental works as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Painting lines, dashes, arrows etc on roads in two coats as per IRC on new work with ready mixed road marking paint conforming to IS:164 on bituminous surface, including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, demarcation at site and traffic control including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental works as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply, installation, comissioning and testing of 4 points for ceiling lights incl IP 55 luminaires, 2 points for light incl IP 66 luminaires in front of Bus Shelter, points for illuminating the advertisement panel and intelligent features, 4 points for Charging with stand for mobile phone, including wiring, conduiting modular box, sheet, MCB, meter, etc. complete all as per drawing and technical specification.(HPSEB)

Supply, installation, comissioning and testing of 2 points for ceiling light incl IP 66 luminaires for spot light on roof panel, power points for the intelligent features and advertisement panel, including wiring, conduiting modular box, sheet etc. complete all as per drawing and technical specification and providing Solar PV panel for required power on the roof top.
