Earth work in excavation of foundation in Hard Rock (blasting prohibited) by mechanically of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material.within all lifts and lead as per direction Of Engineer In Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete mechanically mixed 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) curing complete including cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of material upto all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Plain cement concrete M10 grade of nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days.with all lifts and lead as per direction Of Engineer In Charge.

Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete M15 in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications.including carriage of material upto all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC Grade M20) in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications including carriage of material upto all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC Grade M25) in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications.including carriage of material upto all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Construction of Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC Grade M30), dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501. (cost of steel dowel bar shall be paid seperately),including carriage of material upto all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing, shifting and placing precast Rectangular drain cover M25 grade of concrete including reinforcement having size (1000x850x125)mm, with 50mm PVC pipe for perforation, including carriage of material upto all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer In Charge.

Providing and laying heavy duty natural cobble stone 100x100x80mm laid over 25mm average thickness of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) laid over and i/c pointing and curing rubbing & polishing complete as per the design patteren and colour approved (Sub base concrete floor to be paid for separately), including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying 60mm thick heavy duty precast cement concrete inter locking coloured paver blocks vibro compacted upto M-35 grade i/c border or kurb block grey or colored over sub-base of concrete with 25mm thick average thickness of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of blocks i/c curing rubbing & polishing complete (Sub base concrete floor to be paid for separately),including carriage of material upto all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying Slate size (300x200)mm, with 12-18mm thick slate flooring, 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortor 1:4 (1 cement :4 sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing, grooving and pointing complete with carriage of material up to all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer In Charge.

Providing and laying 150mm thick random rubble flooring in cement mortar 1:3 laid over cement concrete bedding complete as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1303, including carriage of material up to all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer In Charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401,including carriage of material upto all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying and laying of 120 mm dia (OD-120 mm & ID-103 mm nominal) size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting,jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) excluding excavation and refilling the trench sand cushioning and protective covering etc, complete as required,with all lifts and lead as per direction Of Engineer In Charge.

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete.:- on Steel Works,with all lifts and lead as per direction Of Engineer In Charge.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Construction of Squared rubble masonry coursed with stone approved quality in foundation & plinth and superstructure above plinth level and upto floor two level : including raking out joints in Cement Mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 sand) including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts as per direction of engineer In Charge,.

Random rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonry(Uncoursed/ brought to courses) with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 Sand : 12 Graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement:6 sand) in breast walls and retaining walls and in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor two level including including carriage of material upto all leads and lift as per direction of Engineer In Charge.

Stone solling for road work properly hand-packed filling interstices with Kharanja stone and consolidating with power road roller to the requested gradient and comber including spreading watering and rolling of binding materials moorum or earth etc. complete as per HP.PWD specification. 150 mm spread thickness (finished work including materials and labour),including carriage of material upto all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and filling, boulder filling behind retaining wall including carriage of material in all leads & lifts and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing weepholes in brick masonry / stone masonry /plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 110 mm dia PVC pipe (weight should not be less than 4kg/cm2), extending through the full with of the structures with slope of 1(v):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7, including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying damp-proof course 50mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including carraige of materials upto all leads and lifts as per Engineer-In- Charge.

Providing & applying a coat of residual petroleum bitumen of grade of VG-10 of approved quality using 1.7kg per square metre on damp proof course after cleaning the surface with brushes and finally with apiece of cloth lightly soaked in kerosene oil including carraige of materials upto all leads and lifts as per Engineer-In- Charge.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment to vertical and horizontal surfaces of depressed portions of W.C., kitchen and the like consisting of: i) Ist course of applying cement slurry @ 4.4 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 in recommended proportions including rounding off junction of vertical and horizontal surface. ii) IInd course of 20 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) mixedwith water proofing compound in recommended proportion including rounding off junction of vertical and horizontal surface. iii) IIIrd course of applying blown or residual bitumen applied hot at 1.7 kg.per sqm of area. iv) IVth course of 400 micron thick PVC sheet. (Overlaps at joints of PVC sheet should be 100 mm wide and pasted to each other with bitumen @ 1.7 kg/sqm).

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with glass fibre matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufactured of density at 25°C, 0.87 - 0.89 kg/litre and viscocity 70 - 160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc., and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 350/300 N/5 cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transversedirection as 60/80N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane.

Providing wood work in trusses, purlins, rafters, posts,post plates, wall plates and the like wrought framed, hoisted and fixed in position including carriage of material up to all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer incharge.

Providing and fixing 25mm thick 1st class deodar wood wooden plank roofing/ceiling with Lap / tongued and grooved jointing and wood screws including carriage of material up to all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer incharge. (frame work and cover fillets to be measured and paid for separately),with all lifts and lead as per direction Of Engineer In Charge.

Providing and fixing 40mm thick first class deodar wood planks wooden planking tongued and grooved, in flooring fixing to wooden base frame with iron screws complete (base wooden/ steel frame to be paid separately), including carriage of material up to all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing ornamental eaves board 100mmx25mm. thick including fixing in position 2nd class deodar wood.including carriage of material upto all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 2nd class deodar wood 75mm x 60mm moulded hand rails in straight length complete (decorative and ornamental work)including carriage of material upto all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer in charge.
