Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (three point fifteen millimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30×30×5mm (thirty into thirty into five millimetre) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etcetera with wooden battens and ballies at site complete up to any height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling upto any height and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced cement concrete and plain concrete work in vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and thelike including attached pillasters buttresses, plinth and string cousrses and the like as directed by the Engineer in charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2 :4 (1cement:2sand:4crushed graded stone aggregates 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in suspended floor roofs landing and shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders bressumers and cantilever upto any floor level as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cessor other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work including bending binding straightning and placing in position complete in all height including cost of binding wire upto any floor level as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cessor other taxes imposed by the Government.

Brick work using common burnt clay Second class building bricks in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement: six sand) in all heights and depth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cessor other taxes imposed by the Government.

15mm (Fifteen millimetre) thick cement plasters in single coat on rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto all floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (Eighty millimetre) in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement: five sand) as directed by the Engineer in charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cessor other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing plinth protection 50mm (Fifty milimetres) thick with cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement : three sand : six graded/crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty milimetres) nominal size, including finishing the top surface of concrete smooth as directed by the Engineer in charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cessor other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing under layer for plinth protection for 75mm (seventy five) milimetres thick (unconsolidated) bed dry brick/stone/aggregate 40mm (forty milimetres) nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine and sand including preparation of ground as directed by the Engineer in charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cessor other taxes imposed by the Government.

Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses and framed work,including cutting ,hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in beams joists channels ,angles , tee ,flats with connecting plates or angle cleats as in main and cross beams,hip and jack rafters,purlins connected to common rafters and the like as directed by the Engineer in charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cessor other taxes imposed by the Government.

Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses and framed work Anar kali type cast iron jali work ,including cutting ,hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in ,grating framed guard bars,ladders,railing and simillar works as directed by the Engineer in charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cessor other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing M.S. BP Sheet 1.66mm (One point six six millimetre) to 2mm (two millimetre) thick in eaves board/facia/soffits/ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge (Base members of steel work shall be measured & paid separtely) as directed by the Engineer in charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cessor other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm (zero point sixty millimetres) thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing (Khaprail type) with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 (twenty) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 (five) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (six millimetres) dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required as directed by the Engineer in charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60cm (sixty centimetres) overall with 0.60mm (zero point sixty millimetres) thick prepainted steel sheets in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheets with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 (twenty) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating + back coat of polyster of 5 (five) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia and prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as directed by the Engineer in charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Kota stone slab flooring minimum size 55x55cm.(fifty five into fifty five centimetre) laid over 20mm (twenty millimetre) thick base of cement mortor 1:4(one cement :four sand) and jointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete 30mm (thirty millimetre) thick.upto all floor level as directed by the Engineer in charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Kota stone slab 25mm (twenty millimetre) thick in risers of steps ,skirting dado and pillars laid on 12mm (twelve millimetres) thick cement mortar 1:3(one cement: three sand) and jointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete upto floor all level as directed by the Engineer in charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying granite stone in flooring 20mm (twenty millimetre) average thickness laid on cement mortar 1:3 (1cement:3 sand) and jointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete 20mm (twenty millimetre) thick.upto all floor level as directed by the Engineer in charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and fixing Eversest fibre cement sheet ceiling fire and moisture resistant of size 610x610x6mm (six hundred ten into six hundred ten into six millimetre) of approved quality with butt jointing and stainless screws excluding frame work and cover fillets as directed by the Engineer in charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cessor other taxes imposed by the Government.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping with enamel paint and other than white as directed by the Engineer in charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cessor other taxes imposed by the Government.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surface to remove all dirts and remains of loose powered materials complete as directed by the Engineer in charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals.
