Study Table Unit - 3 layers of 6mm Thk. HDHMR Plyboard pasted together on both faces of unit with necessary wooden framework, using adhesive and necessary nails/screws and other materials including Cushioning work of seating, finishing works as per specified in Drawing, complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge. HDHMR Plyboard and 25 mm X 25 mm M.S. Hollow Section should be used for fabrication of the unit, using adhesive and necessary nails/screws and other materials, finishing as per specified in Drawing, complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge. TYPE J Unit :- Providing and Fabricating Unit of size 2.40(L) X 1.05m(H) and 0.70m Depth, made with HDHMR Plyboard made of wood fibre/wood chips and synthetic thermosetting resin in a homogeneously spread MAT & pressed in temperature and pressure controlled press, minimum density 840 Kg/cum. 18 mm Thk. HDHMR Plyboard, Veneer and 1mm Thk. Laminate should be used for fabrication of the unit, using adhesive and necessary nails/screws and other materials, finishing as per specified in Drawing, complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in- charge. The Rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST or other Taxes as imposed by the Government.Final Finishing of unit is Pigmented 2K P.U. and Laminate NOTE : All samples to be submitted for approval from the architect / designer. TYPE K Seating Unit:-Providing and Fabricating Unit made with Hardwood and M.S. Sections, using adhesive and necessary nails/screws and other materials, finishing as per specified in Drawing, complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in- charge. The Rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST or other Taxes as imposed by the Government.Final Finishing of unit is Melamine Polish. Book Shelving :- Providing and Fabricating Shelves, made with HDHMR Plyboard i.e. made of wood fibre/wood chips and synthetic thermosetting resin in a homogeneously spread MAT & pressed in temperature and pressure controlled press, minimum density 840 Kg/cum. 30mm Thk. Shelves, made of 6mm Thk. HDHMR Plyboard for Exposed Faces of Shelves. 18mm Thk. HDHMR Ply Sandwich between 6mm Thk. Sheet, should be used for fabrication of the unit, using adhesive and necessary nails/screws and other materials, finishing as per specified in Drawing, complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in- charge. PLAIN WALL LINING:-Supply and installation of 12MM Thk. HDHMR Plyboard made with wood fibre/wood chips and synthetic thermosetting resin in a homogeneously spread MAT & pressed in temperature and pressure controlled press, minimum density 840 Kg/cum with necessary screws/nuts & bolts/ nails, including a balancing laminate on one face, and fixed on wooden /steel frame work, finishing as per specified in Drawing, complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in- charge. Partition Wall cum Storage Unit:-Supply and installation of Partition Wall Unit of size 5.62m(W) X 3.78m(H) and .40m Depth With Storage Units made of M.S. Sections, Printed Sun Board Sheet and 12-19MM(varies) Thk. HDHMR Plyboard with necessary screws/nuts & bolts/ nails, including a balancing laminate on one face, and fixed on wooden /steel frame work, finishing as per specified in Drawing, complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in- charge. WPC/Charcoal Louvers with Wall Lining:-Supply and installation of WPC/Charcoal Louvers installed on 12MM Thk. HDHMR Plyboard Wall Lining/Framing whichever necessary on-site with screws/nuts & bolts/ nails, and fixed on wooden /G.I. frame work, finishing as per specified in Drawing, complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in- charge. The Rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST or other Taxes as imposed by the Government. (Refer to Drawing No. A04 and A08 for Details)

Suspended Circular Gypsum and Plyboard Ceiling:- Supply and installation of 12.5 mm Gypsum board supported by ceiling section, perimeter channels, intermediate channels, clips, cleats. False ceiling should be carried out with lightweight boards made of basic materials like aerated gypsum treated with special additives, and both sides are covered with a special off white/white color paper. The Gypsum boards or tiles should confirm to IS 2542-1981 and IS 2095-21982 physical properties of Gypsum board should confirm to: Density: nominal in a dry state = 807.10 kg/m Fire resistance: 12.5mm = ½ hour resistance. Material classified as class 1 surface soaredof flame test as per BC476 PART –7 1971 Sound insulation: The average rate of noise reduction between frequencies of 100 Hz is 35.6 dB for a partition 75 mm or 97 mm thickness with a 12.5mm board on each face 38.5. Complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge. The Rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST or other Taxes as imposed by the Government. The type of board –size, texture, edge finish or the type tiles used should be strictly as per the approved selection of the PM / Architect. (Refer to Drawing No. A04 for Details)

SKIRTING:- Supply and installation of 16mm Thk. skirting board of size 75-80mm, having a wear resistant SURFACE LAYER consisting of Aluminium oxide coated tissues making it resistant to scratches, burns and stain, finishing as per specified in Drawing, complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in- charge. The Rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST or other Taxes as imposed by the Government. (Refer to Drawing No. A__ for Details)

ROLLER BLINDS : Supply and installation of manually operated Zebra blinds having chain driven mechanism using translucent fabric. The fabric shall be colour approved by architect ,100% polyester woven Fabric , 0.4mm thickness ( solid panel) , 0.1mm (sheer panel). The chain drive consists aluminium head rail and bottom bar having fabric insert casette, complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge. The Rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST or other Taxes as imposed by the Government. (Refer to Drawing No. A__ for Details)

PUTTY :- Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. The Rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST or other Taxes as imposed by the Government.

WATER THINNABLE CEMENT PRIMER:- Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface, complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge. The Rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST or other Taxes as imposed by the Government.

INTERIOR WALL PAINT:- Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. The Rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST or other Taxes as imposed by the Government.

JOINT COMPOUND:- Providing and Applying Joint Compound with Taping on HDHMR Board Wall Lining, complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge. The Rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST or other Taxes as imposed by the Government.

STUDY TABLE MODULAR:- Supply and Installation of Study table of of size 4.8m X 1.5m -19mm thick Laminate finish table top with PVC Edge banding. -Divisions as per drawing-joint wherever dimension exceeds standard size of 8x4 ft. Same finish on Understructure/Base. -2 Nos access flaps with with soft close-brush edge 300mm length. -Metal cable tray. finishing as per specified in Drawing, complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge. Synchro tilt balanced resistance as chair lean back, for support as recline.
