Foundation, footing, bases of columns etc. for mass

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability complete as per desing & specification and dreiction of Engineer-in-charge i/c manual & mechnical carriage of materials in all lead & lift and loading/unloading etc. complete.

Reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. Thermo- cost of binding wire. Mechnically treated bars including carraige of materials through manual & mechnical means in all lead & lift and loading/unloading etc. complete.

Steel work welded in built up sections, / hollow Section trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint including carriage of material upto all lead & lift and heights level as per design and direction of Engineer incharge and loading/unloading etc. complete. In Gratings, frames, guard bar, ladders, railings, brackets, gates etc. and other similar works.

Providing and fixing aluminium frame work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling,C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings, design, specification and the directions of Engineer-in- charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) including carriage of materials in all lead & lift, loading/unloading and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

For fixed portion Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15).

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings, design, specification and the directions of Engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):With float glass panes of 8 mm thickness including manual & mechnical means upto new site including loading/unloading etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer Incharge i/c carriage of materials in all lead & lift.

Finishing with 1st quality Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications upto all height including priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer Incharge including manual & mechnical carriage of materials in all lead & lift and loading/unloading etc. complete.

on steel work

Painting runway/taxi track/apron marking with adequate nos of coats to give uniform finish with road marking paint of superior make 1st quality as approved by the Engineer-in-charge, i/c cost of paint and cleaning the surface of all dirt, scales, oil, grease and other foreign material etc. and lining out complete as per the direction of the Engineer Incharge including manual & mechnical carriage of materials in all lead & lift and loading/unloading etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer Incharge.

Old work (One or more coats)

Shifting of Existing Watch Tower(2Nos) ,Light pole,C.C.T.V Pole which are falling in the approach funnels and also brooming of FATO area.
