Providing and fixing of 1.5 m wide safety net including framework etc. confirming to DGCA guidelines & specifications for Heliports and fully complying with ICAO heliport manual (DOC 9261-AN/903) & DGCA CAR Section 4, Series 'B' Part-III manufactured by approved manufacturer, around 50 m x 50 m RCC slab "FATO & Safety area" of a elevated heliport (average ht. of RCC slab 10 mtr. above the adjoining NGL) with following general specifications and vetting the same from IIT/NIT and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge including fixing & fastening arrangements with existing RCC slab, scaffolding, labour charges etc,loading /unloading, manual & mechanical carriage of material with in all leads, lifts & heights upto all floor levels, complete in all respect inclusive of all octroi, taxes etc

Supply for 300 sqm area of safety net 1.5 m wide Helipad safety net around 50m x50m RCC slab 'Fato +Safety area' of a elevated heliport fully complying with ICAO Heliport manual (Doc 9261-AN/903) & DGCA CAR Section 4, Series 'B' Part III (Heliports) with the following technical specifications of SS-316 Stainless Steel material of 3mm Dia rope to be fixed with GI /Aluminium frame (including wastage of SS Web Net for curve preparation) -H24 Pattern Webnet. a) PERIMETER WIRE CABLE MESH MOUNTED/CRIMPLED ON FRAMES (WEIGHT NOT LESS THAN 1.34 KG/SQM) 1) Cable : Material-Stainlesss steel 316 Grade Size- Minimum dia 3 mm, DIN 1.4401 Nominal strength of individual wires- not less than 1570N/mm2 2) Ferrules: Material-Stainlesss steel AISI 316T Ultimate sliding resistance- 0.41KN Ferrule breaking strength- 7.19 KN b) PERIMETERFRAME: Supply for 300 sqm area of safety net structure 1.5 m wide Paint finished Helipad safety net structure (GI/Aluminum) including supporting beams, steel plates, anchor bolts of appropriate size and other accessories etc. of required quantity confirming to the design requirement/manufacturer specifications as well as approval/vetting.

c). Safety net should be capable of withstanding without damage a 75 kg mass being dropped from height of 1 meter as required under ICAO Heliport manual. d). Safety net should provide a 'Hammock Effect' for a person falling into it rather than trampoline effect produced by some rigid material as required under ICAO Heliport manual. e). Safety net should carry a minimum manufacturer’s warranty of 5 years. f). The item includes all above material including ancillary requirements complete as per the enclosed ‘indicative drawing’ fully to the satisfaction of Engineer in charge.
