Tender document form can be obtained from the office of Store Officer (Purchase), Directorate of Mushroom Research, Chambaghat, Solan- 1732131 (HP) in person or can be downloadedfrom our website and GOI CPP Portal . 2 There will only one bid system only. The last date for submission of bid is 04.05.2019upto 6.00pm.The bid will beopened on06.05.2019 at 11:00 AM. 3. The scanned copy of the Sales Tax/VAT no., photocopy of PAN issued by Income Tax Department, RTGS detail of the firm may also be uploaded alongwith tender. 4. The off-line Tender will not be entertained/accepted. 5. The rates should be quoted FOR Chambaghat, Solan, HP. 6. The rates quoted should be inclusive of all taxes & FOR destination ICAR-DMR, Solan will not be liable to pay other taxes. 7. The firm should have never been declared blacklisted/terminated by any ICAR Institutes/ Govt. Departments/ Court of Law/ any Civil body. 8. The Tender should bear your current telephone/e.mail/fax numbers and complete address. 9. Any delay, poor quality of material if found during the period then Director, DMR, Solan will reserve the right to reject or to recover liquidated damages as per GFR Rules. In case of any such or other disputes, the decision of Director, DMR, Chambaghat, Solan shall be final. 10. Any dispute arising for execution of supply will be subject to Solan jurisdiction. 11. The Director reserves the right to reject any or all tender(s) without assigning any reasons. 12. The supply of material may be made as and when ordered by the Directorate. The quantity of the material can be increased or decreased as per requirement of the material. 13.
