Supplying and fixing G.I. Modular box of (140mmx78mmx50mm) size with modular plate and cover in recess including providing and fixing 5 pin 5/6 amps modular socket outlet and 5/6 amps, modular switch, connections etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing G.I. Modular box of (140mmx78mmx50mm) size with modular plate and cover in recess including providing and fixing 6 pin 15/16 amps modular socket outlet and 15/16 amps, modular switch, connections etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing ceiling rose on the existing junction box / wooden block including connections etc. as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of ceiling fan with regulator, including wiring the down rods of standard length (unto 30 cm) with 16/0.20 mm twin twisted flexible, cotton braided, copper cable, including providing and fixing phenolic laminated sheet cover on the fan box and earthing etc. as required:-

Supplying and fixing sheet metal bus-bar chamber suitable for 100 Amp. 415 volts capacity with 4 No. copper strip bus-bars each of length 300mm & cross-sectional area (25.4mmx3.17mm), enclosure made from 1.6 mm thick M.S. sheet having overall dimensions (380mmx400mmx150mm) nominal with all accessories including connections, earthing the body etc. as required:-

Earthing with G.I earth pipe 4.5 mtr. long and 40mm dia, including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. ( but without charcoal or coke and salt ) complete as required.

S/F of Usha Maxx air 3 blade (400mm) 200/240 volt AC wall fan including connectins testing etc as required at the site.Usha or its equivalent make as approved by Enginner-in-Charge.

S/F of MCCB 200 amp TP 25 KA with 200 amp Bus Bar in cubical pannel indoor single door wall mounted/fixed type dust proof approximate size 800 mm x 700 mm, depth 200 mm assembly charges of 200 amp TPN Copper Bus Bae Vertical and Earth Strip through out the length of pannel current density of the copper bus wire shall be 1 mm x 1mm x 1.66 amp. Copper shall be electrical grade. All bus bar link shall be covered/insulted with heat sinkable sleabs of coloured code reed, yellow, blue, black with indicator lamps control wiring with copper flexiable wire size of control wire shall be 2.5 sqm copper flexiable for CT Circet and 10 sqm controll wiring as per analysis of rates. The pannel should be as per analysis of rates as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Note :- All the above Items are including all leads , lifts and carriage of materials and complete as per entire satisfaction of the enginner -in -charge. If LED Lights burned within 2 Years or Guarantee period should be replaced by the Contractor at his own cost.
