Supplying and stacking at site 63 mm to 45 mm (Sixty three to Forty five Millimeter) size stone aggregate including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying and stacking at site 53 mm to 22.4 mm (Fifty three toTwenty two point four Millimeter) size stone aggregate, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes to WBM specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road/vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :- 1:2:4 (One cement isto Two coarse sand isto Four graded stone aggregate) 20 mm (Twenty Millimeter) nominal size, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.60 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required in all height, including all leads, lifts complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.60 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete Ridges plain (500 - 600mm) in all heights, including all leads, lifts complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within all lead of:- G.S. sheet:-servicable materials to be stacked with in all leads and lifts and handed over to the Department, including all leads, lifts complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all completein all heights, including all leads, lifts , complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Renewing wooden battens in roofs, including making good the holes in wall and painting with oil type wood preservative of approved brand and manufacture complete, including removal of rubbish to the approved dumping ground up to all heights including all leads & Lifts, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge:- Sal wood, including all leads, lifts complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm (Twelve to Twenty Millimetr) in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the approved dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge:-With cement mortar 1:4 (One cement isto Four fine sand), including all leads, lifts complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade:-New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm) including cost of Priming coat, including all leads, lifts complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete:- on steel work, including all leads, lifts complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty:-Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm), including all leads, lifts complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:-1:1½:3 (One Cement isto One and half coarse sand isto Three graded stone aggregate) 20 mm (Twenty Millimetr) nominal size, including all leads, lifts complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Lintel ,beams,plinth beams girders bressumers and cantilvers, including all leads, lifts complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing in position 12mm thick bitumen impregnated fiber board conforming to IS: 1838, including cost of primer, sealing compound Grade-A in expansion joints, including all leads, lifts complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
