Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes to WBM specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 (Three) wheeled road/ vibratory roller 8-10 (Eight to Ten) tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density., including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position including cost of binding wire complete, upto floor all levels Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more., including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :- Cement mortar 1:6 (One cement isto Six coarse sand), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

15 mm (Fifteen milimeter) cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix:- 1:6 (One cement isto Six coarse sand), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

12 mm cement plaster of mix :- 1:6 (One cement isto Six coarse sand), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Kota stone slab flooring 20 mm (Twenty milimeter) (average) thick base of cement mortor 1:4 (One cement isto Four sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab. including rubbing and polishing complete. 25 mm(Twenty five milimeter) thick , including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Kota stone slabs 20 mm(Twenty milimeter) thick in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillars laid on 12 mm (Twleve milimeter) (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (One cement isto Three coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and polishing complete. including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished seamless type tubese, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete : Ridges plain (500 - 600mm), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. BP Sheet 1.66mm to 2.00mm thick in eaves board/facia/soffits/ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge (Base members of steel work shall be measured & paid separtely) including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing plain multipurpose cement board(Hight pressure steam cured) with suitable screws for cement particle board in ceiling etc. complete (frame work to be paid seperatately). 6 mm thick Cement bonded wood particle board as per IS:14276 , including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture. including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm (Twenty centimeter) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete. including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm (One milimeter), of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:- New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer , including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) , including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing & fixing 15 cm (Fifteen centimeter) wide 45 cm (Forty five centimeter) overall semicircular plain G.I. sheet gutter with iron brackets 40x3mm (Forty into Three milimeter) size bolts & nuts with washers etc. including making necessary connection withrain water pipe complete as per design in 0.63 mm (Zero point Six three milimeter) thick. Sheet including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm( Ten millimetre) gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes. 110 mm (One hundred ten millimetres) diameter , including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. holder bat clamps of approved design to C.I. or S.C.I. rain water pipes embedded in and including cement concrete blocks 10x10x10 cm (Ten into Ten intoTen centimeter) of 1:2:4 mix (One cement isto Two coarse sand isto Four graded stone aggregate) 20 mm (Twenty milimeter) nominal size) and cost of cutting holes and making good the walls etc. : 150 mm (One hundred fifty milimeter) diameter, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying factory made 100 mm (One hundred milimeter) (NTC, Nitco, Modern, GICO) thick C.C. paver block of M-30 grade with approved color design and pattern. chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm (Fifty milimeter) thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. , including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
