The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing or substantially completing similar works, such as re-surfacing/surfacing work (bituminous works), with any government agencies/PSU/Municipal Corporation/local government bodies. The bidder should have completed: - Three similar works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the work, - Two similar works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the work, - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the work. These works should have been completed or substantially completed in the last seven and current financial years. Substantially completed works mean those works which are 90% completed on the date of submission. The bidder should submit a list of works executed in the past 7 years, including details such as the name of the work, brief scope of work, name and address of the employer/client, accepted contract amount, date of commencement and completion, and cost of complete work. The completion cost of works shall be brought to a common base date of receipt of tender, considering a 0.10 factor for the period in days from the date of completion to the date of receipt of tender. The bidder should submit a separate list of works for qualification consideration along with a copy of the work order and completion certificate indicating the qualification amount. In terms of specific values and percentages, the bidder should have completed works with costs such as 40%, 50%, or 80% of the estimated cost of the work, and the works should be 90% completed to be considered substantially completed.
