The required prior work experience for the bidder varies based on the cost of the work. For works costing above 50 Crore, the bidder should have: - One Graduate Engineer with minimum 8 years experience in Highway Construction for Road Projects or minimum 8 years experience in Bridge Construction for Bridge Construction Projects, which includes minimum 3 years experience as Project Manager. - One Graduate Engineer with minimum 5 years experience in Highway Construction for Road Projects or minimum 5 years experience in Bridge Construction for Bridge Construction Projects. - Alternatively, One Diploma Holder with minimum 10 years experience in Highway Construction for Road Projects or minimum 10 years experience in Bridge Construction for Bridge Construction Projects. - A Quality Control Engineer with minimum 3 years experience. - A Survey engineer with experience in Total Station Survey and having knowledge in latest Total Station equipment and other survey Instruments. For works costing between Rs. 50 Lakhs to 10 Crore, the bidder should have: - A Degree holder in Engineering with at least 4 years practical experience of Works. For works costing between Rs. 7.50 lakhs and Rs. 50 lakhs, the bidder should have: - A Degree holder in Engineering with at least 2 years practical experience of Works. For works costing below Rs. 7.50 lakhs, the bidder should have: - A Diploma holder in Engineering with adequate practical experience of works. For works costing over 10 Crore and up to Rs 50 Crore, the bidder should have: - One Graduate Engineer with minimum 3 years experience in Highway Construction for Road Projects or minimum 3 years experience in Bridge Construction for Projects. - Alternatively, one Diploma Holder with minimum 6 years experience in Highway Construction for Road Projects or minimum 6 years experience in Bridge Construction for Bridge Construction Projects. - A Quality Control Engineer with minimum 3 years experience. The bidder should have successfully completed or substantially completed similar works with any Govt agencies/PSU/Municipal Corporation/local Govt bodies. The experience requirements are as follows: - Three similar works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work. - Two similar works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of work. - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of work. The bidder should submit details of works completed in the last 5 years, with a minimum value of 40% or 50% or 80% of the total works completed.
