The required prior work experience for the bidder includes a list of works duly signed in tabular form, separately for the claim of experience against 40%, 50%, or 80% of works in chronological order. The bidder should have successfully completed or substantially completed three similar works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the work, or two similar works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the work, or one similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the work in the last seven and current financial years. For works costing above 50 Crore, the bidder should have: - One Graduate Engineer with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Highway Construction for Road Projects or minimum 8 years of experience in Bridge Construction for Bridge Construction Projects, which includes a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager. - One Graduate Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Highway Construction for Road Projects or minimum 5 years of experience in Bridge Construction for Bridge Construction Projects. - Alternatively, one Diploma Holder with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Highway Construction for Road Projects or minimum 10 years of experience in Bridge Construction for Bridge Construction Projects. - A Quality Control Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience. - One Survey Engineer with experience in Total Station Survey and knowledge of the latest Total Station equipment and other survey instruments. The value and percentage of similar works completed are: - 40% of the estimated cost of the work for three similar works, - 50% of the estimated cost of the work for two similar works, - 80% of the estimated cost of the work for one similar work, - 90% completion of substantially completed works. The bidder should also have a working capital and/or credit facilities of at least 10% of the estimated cost of the work.
