Instertion of rails of all types & length in BG track, laid on any type & density of sleepers to the specified gauge. Rates includude the fastening of rail with sleepers with standard set of fastening and fixing of fishplates and bolts or, if required provided gap for welding including cutting etc. (drilling of rail to be paid seprately. Earth work containing Gravel (in loose from in non cohesive binding material) work in excavation with occasional use of picks exclusive of compensation of earth undressed with combined lead upto 15 metres with percentage of gravel or Kankar. (a) Exceeding 40 % but upto 60 %. [As per CSR 6.5 (a)]

Earth work in excavation of foundations of bridges culverts, buildings including handling of material with a combined lead of 15 metres dressing of bed and sides stacking the excavated soil from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around. (a) For ordinary gravel soil involving pick work [As per CSR item No. 6.7 (a) ]

Cement concrete 1:3:6 With stone ballast or shingle mixing by mechanical means using concrete mixer volumetric type. [As per CSR item No.10.12 (a)] (ii)

Cement concrete 1:5:10(b) With stone agregate 10 mm gauge (ii) mixing by mechnical means using concrete mixer volumetric type. [As per CSR item No.10.9(b)(ii)]

Shuttering for faces of concrete foundations and foundation beam & plinth beam (vertical or battering).(As per CSR item No. 9.1)

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/Plain/ Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/ return wall with 100 mm dia PVC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H towards drawing foce. Complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications .( As per CSR item no. 21.35)

First class burnt brick work laid in cement sand mortar 1:5 in foundation and plinth. (As per CSR item No. 11.5)

Providing, lowering in trenches to correct gradient and alignment, jointing with tyton rubber joint and cutting of reinforced cement concrete spigot and socketed pipes and specials with rubber ring ISI marekd as per IS code IS 458-2003 into trenches for all depths and laying out the same to correct alignment, gradients, levels etc. cutting of concrete beds and joints holes, supporting the pipes and specials in correct position in a suitable rigid manner while the same are being jointed and until the surrounding benchings, haunches and envelopes are completed. The pipes shall rest on the beds at all joints through their lengths and fixing of rubber ring, facing, testing the pipes for leakage and making good the same leakage and all defects to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge including all cartage etc. (B) RCC pipe NP-2 (o) 1200 MM i/d pipe [CSR 29.46 (B) (o) ]
