The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having executed similar civil works in the last seven years as on 31-03-2024, with a value of more than 74.25 Lakh. The bidder should have at least 5 works with a value of more than 74.25 Lakh. The distribution of weightage of marks for similar works is as follows: - 5 Works: 10 - 4 Works: 8 - 3 Works: 6 - 2 Works: 4 - 1 Work: 2 The bidder should have completed similar works during the last seven years, with the following evaluation criteria: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The average annual financial turnover during the last 3 years, ending 31-03-2024, should be at least 30% of the estimated cost, i.e., should be Rs. 74.25 Lakh. Only works of value more than Rs. 99.00 lakh (at the enhanced costing level) shall be considered for evaluation. The cost of similar work will be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum, calculated from the date of completion to the date of bid opening. Works of substantial completion based on 80% (value-wise) shall be considered for evaluation, with the bidder required to furnish a “substantial completion certificate” containing the financial value of the completed work. The weightage for the experience of similar works is 20 marks, with "similar" works meaning fabrication of Tracks Racks and its appurtenances works. The qualifying marks for this criterion are 25 out of 50.
