Reinforced cement concrete M-20 mechanically batch mixed using batch type concrete mixer as per IS:1791 and vibrated by needle vibrator but excluding steel reinforcement centering and shuttering in superstructure. (As per CSR item No.10.20)

Cement concrete 1:2:4 With stone ballast or shingle mixing by mechanical means using concrete mixer volumetric type. (As per CSR item No.10.13 (a) ii)

Shuttering for faces of concrete foundations and foundation beam & plinth beam (vertical or battering).[As per CSR item No. 9.1]

Centering and shuttering for columns (Square or rectangular or poly gonal in plain).(As per CSR item No.9.4)

Cold twisted deformed (Ribbed/ Tor steel) Bars (Fe 500 grade as per IS 1786-2008) , for R.C.C works, where not including in the complete rate of RCC including bending and binding placing in position complete. (As per CSR item No.18.18)

Steel work fixed independently without connecting plates including cutting hoisting and fixing in position. (c) Tees angles & channels. (As per CSR item No.18.1 c)

Structural steel work in angles, tees, flats, riveted, including cutting, fixing all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, rivets etc. with hoisting and erecting in position. (a)For roof truss, well curbs, plate girders etc. of any span for building for bridges upto 15M span. (As per CSR item No.18.3 a)

Providing & fixing of 10 gauge welded mesh of 25mm x 25mm size fixed on steel glazing with MS flat 20mm x 6mm beeding complete in all respect including painting two coats with Synthetic Enamel Paint and Priming Coat. (As per CSR item No.18.31)

Steel work in hip & jack rafters common rafters purlins etc. with angle cleats and other connecting plates. [As per CSR item No. 18.2]

Providing and fixing ( PPGL) precoated painted galvalume sheet roofing (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) The end rib shall have anti cappillary groove and return leg. The steel sheet must be having yield strength of 550 MPa ( Fy= 550 MPa) metallic coated with Zinc- Aluminium alloy ( i.e. 55% Al, 43.4%Zinc, 1.6% Si-Zincalume) AZ150 ( Min. 150 bm/mm2 total on both sides), pre painted with super Durable Polyster XRW quality paint includes inorganic infrared reflective pigment. The sheet confirms to general requirement of AS/NZS 2728 type 4/ IS 15965 class 3 durability and gloss value of 25% -40%. should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. (b) 0.60 mm (+ 0.05 %) thick.[As per CSR item No. 13.27 (iii) (b)]

Ridges and valleys 45 cm overall, in plain G.I. Sheet 0.80mm fixed with galvanized iron J. and L. hooks 10mm diameter, G.I. Limpet and bitumen washers complete. (As per CSR item no. 13.21)

Providing and fixing Mettal extendable hold fasteners on C.C. /R.C.C./Brick masonry surface backing including drilling necessary holes and the cost of bolt etc complete. (b) Fastener with threaded dia 10 mm. (CSR Item No. 14.159)

Earth work of silt clearance of channels and drains: (b) Basket work with combined lead up to 7.50 meters undressed. (d) Extra for every 7.5 meters additional lead. (As per CSR item No.6.1 b& d)

Earth work containing Gravel (in loose from in non-cohesive binding material) work in excavation with occasional use of picks exclusive of compensation of earth undressed with combined lead upto 15 metres with percentage of gravel or Kankar.(c) Exceeding 80 % but upto 100 %.(d) Extra for every 7.5 metres additional lead beyond 15 mtr[As per CSR item no. 6.5 (c) & (d)]

Removal of cement concrete tile from top of drain, scraping, cleaning and setting the same size of tile 12” x 9”x 2”.(AOR)

Providing, fixing and jointing ISI Marked Gun-Metal peet valves (Heavy Pattern) as per IS778 with hand wheels, on G.I. Pipe lines laid in the ground or inside buildings including all carriages complete. [As per CSR item No.28.43 (f) & (h)]

(f) 50mm i/d Gun Metal peet valve heavy pattern. (h) 80mm i/d Gun Metal peet valve heavy pattern. [As per CSR item No.28.43 (f) & (h)]

Proving & fixing ISI Marked Non-return valves flanged end class PN-1.0 as per IS:5312/2004 in pipe lines including jointing & cost of Nut Bolt , rubber insertion etc. complete. (A) Class PN-1.0 as per ISI with rubber Flap (b) 100mm i/d Non-return valve [As per CSR item No.28.31 A (b)]

Applying pink primer or aluminum priming coat on wood work including preparation of surface knotting and stopping etc. (As per CSR item No.16.16)

Painting two or more coats excluding priming coat with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on wood work, metallic or plastered, concrete surface to give an even shade. (As per CSR item No.16.17)
