Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles of different sizes in light colour shades made using Double Charge technology (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption’s less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand), complete. Double Charge technology: -Double Charge technology is far more advanced than SST. This technology uses granules in order to create different shades. Tiles using this technology are ideal for high-traffic areas. These are the latest technologies of making vitrified tiles. In these technologies, design is brought in a tile by using dry colour powders during the tile body (green tiles) is being pressed in a tile press. This is also called random powder technology which is considered as the latest method of manufacturing Vitrified Tiles. Here designs are found throughout the tile body. Size 600x600 mm

Providing and laying Anti-skid Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm x 10 mm thick of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on flooring skirting and dado in 12.5mm thick cement plaster 1:3 in base and jointed with @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., completewhite cement slurry in joints including corners angles and beadin

Distempering with Acrylic washable oil bound distemper (of approved manufacture) two or more coats over one priming coat to give an even shade

Finishing walls with exterior decorative cement based paint such as snowcem, robbiacem etc. two or more coats to give an even shade

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles Matt/Semi Matt/Glosy/Highly Gloss finish/Highlighter/emboss conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacture of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of size 600 x 300 mm as approved by Engineer-inCharge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

G.I. Sheet gutters 0.80mm thick semicircluar 15cm diametre including fixing with clamps and making connections with rain water pipes.

Steel work fixed independently without connecting plates including cutting hoisting and fixing in position. C) Tees angles & channels
