Supply & Laying DWC pipe 51/63mm with hand bockey :- Supply and laying of 50/63mm(I/D & O/D) Double Wall Corrugated (DWC)High Density Polyethylene pipe (HPDPE Density 240 to 958 KG/Cm3)having corrigation on the outer wall and plain surface inner wall with average wall thickness for outer layer as 1.1 +0.1mm and for inside layer 1.2+0.1mm conforming to ISI4930(P-II)and PSEN-50086(P-I & II) of make duraline /Rex/Zen duct/ Gemini/ The pipe should be laid 3 feet below ground /road level with hand bockey without cutting of road for laying cables etc.including cost of digging and refilling of pits complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge .

Supplying /Erection /Testing & Commisioning of 12.5Mtrs High Mast Lightining System having mInimum top dia 150mm & Bottom dia 410mm. System suitable for 6 Nos. Luminaries complete all respect as per detail specification given below :- 1)Mast shell be in two sections.hot dip galvanized inside & out side in single dip. suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 part 3/1987 .There shall be only one longitudinal seam weld v section and no circumferential weld it shall also incude accesories for high mast including head frame 2 point suspension system with steel wire rope 6mm dia(7/19 costruction ) double drum winch galvanisation lowering of lantern carriage . ii) Foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts washers,anchor plate and template with anti aviation obstruction lights with 2 nos. LED lights of 6-11 watt Detail specification:- i) Height of Mast :- 12.5 mtr.(including the height of head frame ) ii) Wind speed :- 180km/hour as per IS-875(part iii) iii) The high mast & head frame shall be structurally suitable to accommodate the 6 no. Flood lights 7 its control gera boxes. iv) The entire high mast structure (internally 7 externally) and all MS parts shall be hot dip galvanized asm per BS - 729 IS -1461 or equivalent. v) Material :- The high Mast section should be manufactured with best steel garde in compliance with BSEN 10025- EQ or equivalent with yield strength not less then 355 MPA the head frame shall also be steel construction of steel grade as per WPS/PQR in accordance wuth BS-5135 or AWSD 1.1 vi) Welding All welding shall be undertaking & performed as per Telescope slip jints (stress fit) vii)Structure :- Continuesly tapered polygonal with no circumfrence weld on shaft .type of joint Telescope slip joints(stress fit) viii)Thickness :- Bottom section Min-4mm Top section Min - 3mm ix) Headframe : (Lantern carriage arangement)Galvanized Fabbricated lantern carriage for fixing & holding the flood light fittings & control gear boxes provided with suitable winch arrangement to lower & raise the lantern carriage assembly x)Earthing . the mast shall be bounded properly to the existing earth .xi) Electrical system & cables :- A suitable treminal box shall be provided at the base compartment of high mast for terminating the incoming cables . The internal connection from the bottom to top shall be made with special xii)Lighting finial :- One number heavy duty hot dipped galvanized lightingfinial(minimum 1.2mt in lenght) shall be provided at the center of head frame . It shall be bolted steadily to the head frame to get a direct conducting pathe to the earthe through the mast . xiii)3 Phase 1.5K.W power tool suitable for 16 Mtr high Mast . It includes cost of 1 No. starter to be provided in the pedestal . It also includes the cost of connection with 10mm2 copper wire from starter to motor in the High Mast Panel to starter complete in all respect as per satisfaction of E.I.C xiv) It should include MCBTPN of capacity 63 A of Havell's/Haggers/Siemens/ASCO inside the base compartmenter/J.B to terminate the incoming /outgoing cables .The firm /manufacture will give thhe following guranteed parameters in respect of the High Mast a) Height of the High Mast . b)Lenght of each section & No of sections. c)Material of construction Lenght of over lap at each joint d)Top & bottom diameter of the pole e) Thickness of each section in mm f)Base/Bottom plate thickness g)No. & size of rag bolts along with anchor plate h)Make of Manufacturer i)Drawing /catalogues of High mast to be attached The firm submitt the type test report of high mast for structure stability as per requirement before installation of the mast . The Mast shall be of Philips/Bajaj/G.E/ Surya?val Moat Makes only . The work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in -Charge .

RCC Foundation :-Design & Construction of R.C.C foundation with M-20 cement concrete & steel reinforcement suitable for installation off 12.5Mtr. High Mast. The Complete foundation design & calculation shall be got vetted from PEC/TTTI by the firm at its own cost before execution of work to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge .

Supply & errection of earthing of High Mast with G.I strip 25x3 mm thick G.I tape riveted to 600mm X 600mm X 3mm thick G.I plate and bound 4.5 mtr. For suitable depth below ground level with all respected i.e. charcoal/salt . The work will be executed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge .

Supply & Erection of Three Phase Aluminium Bus Bar Supply & Erection of Three phase Aliminium Bus Bar of size 300 mmx 25mmx4mm with L type fuse unit to be fixed on Porcelain Insulators in the existing pedestal with required nuts,bolts & M.S sheet . The fuse links should be equal to the number of out going circuits .The work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of Enginner-in-Charge .
