Providing and fixing false ceiling in specified 10 mm thick Plaster of Paris (gypsum anhydrous) ceiling of approved quality, shade and make. The POP shall be fixed on Galvanised Iron (GI) sections supporting frame work as per approved shop drawings. Rates shall include providing and fixing of Veener. The veneer shall be finished with melamine polish in approved pattern and shade. The veneer shall be pasted/fixed on 12mm thick commercial plywood with approved adhesive of Pidilite or equivalent. The rate shall include all necessary hardwares, nails, screw, and meter joints at corner, making cut-out for electrical fixtures/AC diffusers/grills, supply and making of coves. All work shall be done as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge. This item is inclusive of all accessories, packing charges, Transportation, complete in all respect as approved by architect and engineer incharge at all floors/ht upto 38m

Providing and laying of LAMINATE FLOORING AC 05 1195 MM X 154 MM 12 MM. The approved decorplanks to be placed on a 0.2 mm thick alkali resistant polyethylene foam (density 3920-935kg/m3) with a 1.5mm thick extruted polythylene foam( density 30-32 kg/m3 ) on top to secure the floating floor to resist any moisture movement from the sub floor on top to secure the floating instalation. The skirting is to be secured with the help of matching wall based ,60mm high, with t-profile andreducer/ beading. The instalation at site has to be done by company trained and approved inatallers, all complete as per instructions from Architect/engineer-in-charge.
