SECTION I - ROLLER BLIND

ROLLER BLINDS

Providing & fixing  roller blinds, with head rail and fabric connector with min gap of 6/8 mm if required. Fabric 100% glass fibre with PVC coating on both side light transmission 5% with flame retardant.the control unit consists of clutch mechanism.The unit is made of high strength reinforced plastic.The clutch is of Wrap design. High carbon steel springs are provided to transmit motion from the driven mechanism. Clutch is operated directionally by use of endless beached chain to raise and lower the blinds smoothly to decide height.clutch never needs adujustment.Hand rail- to be provided of an aluminium-extruded rail on which the control unit and idler are mounted with help of bracket. Idler is high strength reinforced plastic consisting of an outside sleeve and center shaft. sleeve provide bearing surface for center shaft and rotate freely for longer wearing operation. Bracket are powder coated in white.operating chain is made of 4.5 mm plastic beads molded on 2.2 mm thick polyster cord. the pitch of the beads is 6mm fixing bracket are L-Bracket (2mm) and Clamp (0.5mm in zinc plated). Roller tube is made up of high strength aluminium alloy extruded grooved tube which is powder coated or anodized.The fabric of the blind is attached to the tube. incase of light duty, the fabric is attached to plastic insert and incase of heavy duty, the fabric is attached using both side tape. Load bar is fixed to the bottom of the fabric and the purpose of it is to keep the fabric in tension and straight ,it is made up of extruded aluminium alloy with a groove for fixing the fabric using plastic. the ends are pluged using ABS ends caps.Complete in all respect.

FULL HEIGHT MODULAR PARTITIONS (Approx QTY)- Partition thickness is 60-75mm for added stability and with the inside gap between two tile is approximately 40-50mm for higher wire carrying capacity.The height of partition considered is 3000mm (approx.)The inside frame is made out of 1 to 1.2mm thick CRCA/Aluminium sheets .All the Frames are duly powder coated in black color to a thickness of 40-50 microns. The horizontals and verticals of the frames are fixed together at different heights so as to facilitate the wire management system running within the frame.All the frames are joined together by means of screws and nuts. They can be attached to form a 2-way, 3-way or a 4-way configuration. Possibility to join the frames at 120 degrees can also be provided within the system.All frames are covered with extruded aluminum trims. These trims are finished in an epoxy powder coating finish.The connectors at the top of the frames are made out of Die-cast Aluminum/CRCA. These caps also are finished in an epoxy powder coating finish in the same color. All the frames are fitted with leveling bolts. Wall Start- This is a joinery, which is used to fix partition with wall as per requirement, made of aluminium extrusion/CRCA steel. This should have necessary slots for fixing and can take wire from wall to partition. Frames shall form the basic support structure for all components and shall be made CRCA/Aluminium sections . The main vertical member of the frame bearing the load of brackets and storages shall be made of 1mm thick CRCA steel/aluminium extrusion. The connecting vertical face shall be made up of 0.8mm thick CRCA Steel. The horizontal members shall be made of 0.8mm CRCA steel. Raceways:-The raceways are made out of 0.6mm thick CRCA & powder coated. The raceway can be provided below worktop or above worktop. The skirting raceway is hollow and through out. Tiles Laminate Tile: Constructed out of 6 to 8mm thick Medium Density Fiber Board (MDF)/PLPB. Glass Tile: 4mm glass fixed within an aluminium powder coated frame. Two such (double skin) tiles on either side of the frame complete the assembly. Wire Management : The partition has integrated raceway provided either at skirting level or the at the work surface level . The free space available within raceway accommodates power, data and communication cables.The cable can be taken into the Frame from the floor through the frame bottom. Once the cables enter the Frames , it can be taken from one end to the other end continuously as per Power / LAN layout plan. Approximately 60-70 (5mm Dia) cables can be accommodated in the raceway channels. The raceways are provided with CRCA Snap cover on both side of raceways where required or on one side depending upon where worktop is being used. . The cable running at skirting level can be terminated at tabletop level through disciplined wiring channels inside the frames . The raceway covers will be provided with appropriate electrical switch cutouts, as per the samples of switches provided , The number of cutouts in each workstation would depend upon the size of the switches. Solid Door Frame & Door with Vision Panel , Door Hardware consist of Floor Spring, Patch fitting , Lock and Handle, Size :- 900mm x 2100mm, Door panel of 32mm Thick , Internal construction is Block Board with Prelaminated MDF/particle board on both side with or without a vision panel.

Front Partition shall have Glass finish in all Modules.

WALL PANELLING Supply and Installation of Perforated Channelled wall panels of high density fiber board substrate with class 1 fire classification and with 0.5 min thick Laminate /Veneer finish and of size 2440X192X16 mm giving acoustic NRC of 0.7-0.9 and of class 1 fire rating . complete with all alumni channels accessories, border/corner profiles etc. (approved make G13/G21 wall panel of Armstrong or equivalent)

CARPET FLOORING Providing and laying 100% solution dyed PP multilevel loop carpet of size 50mm X 50mm /25mm x100m. The gauge of the carpet should be minimum 1/12 inch with minimum stiches per inch is 9.5-10. The pile height should vary between 2.5mm – 5.5 mm and the minimum pile weight should be 600 g/m2 with a backing of E-bac. The carpet should pass Flammability as per ASTM E648 and smoke density as per ASTM E662, completed as per specification and approval of Engineer-in-Charge.

SECTION II PORTABLE CABINS, WASTE BINS & MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS

WASTE BINS (OUTDOOR) Provision, Supply & Installation/fixing of wheeled waste bins moulded from special UV stabilized grades of polyethylene - each of 240 litres capacity of size TOP 570x740 BOTTOM :410x575 H: 1070 COLOUR: Military Green & Dark blue .The bins should be rust free, elegant, light weight, easy to handle and cleaning, hygienic, leak proof & durable etc. complete as per specification and approval of Engineer-in-Charge.

PORTABLE SECURITY CABIN Provision, supply and installation/fixing of Pre-Fab security and process cabins of 3.0m clear height from FFL. The cabin base will be made from MS Mild steel structure 1.2mm thick of SHS of 38mmx 38mm having a yield strength YST 210. The MS frame is fabricated in 600mm x 600 mm C/C by proper welding and painted with red oxide primer. The framing shall have the provision of hole for electric conduiting and wiring. The cabin shall have the provision of opening of doors and windows with fitting and locks including electrical works, fittings, wiring etc. The cabin shall be provided with U channel, silicon sealants, flashings (if required), rivets, nuts, bolts etc. Insulated Roof: - PUF insulated sandwich panels for Roof of total thickness 40-50 mm. The Panel will have Pre coated GI sheet of 0.4-0.5 mm thick on both side of Polyurethane foam with external face being Corrugated in shape for GI and PU foam between the GI sheets. The crest height of the roof panel will be 28- 30mm minimum with 195 to 250mm c/c pitch. The Pre coated sheet will be of minimum 210 mpa steel grade and will have Zinc coating of 80 gsm. The PU foam will be of density 40kg/cum (+- 2kg). Walls: - The walls will be made of PUF Panels made of 50mm thick composite PUF sandwich between PPGI sheets. The panels shall be made of 0.4-0.5 mm Thick PPGI Sheet on both sides with 50mm thick layer of rigid Polyurethane foam of density 40 (+/- 2) kg/m3 as insulation. The Pre coated sheet will be of minimum 210 mpa steel grade and will have Zinc coating of 80 gsm. The wall panels will have tongue and groove arrangement for fixing with each other. Standard spacing to be done to accommodate electrical conduits to be fixed horizontally/vertically in the cabin. Floor: - MS bottom frame shall be fabricated with MS pipe light weight 1.2mm SHS 38mm X 38mm in grid 600mm X 600mm CC. The Cabin shall also be provided with flooring marine plywood of 18mm thick and 1mm thick vinyl flooring (approved make Rejuvenation, Armstrong, Wonder floor, dec Floor). The floor shall be fixed with plinth by using steel anchoring fastener 100mm X 150mm long. Doors: - Single leaf door of size 900x2100 x40mm made up of pre-coated GI sandwiched panels having 40 mm thick PUF insulation and density 40kg/cum (+- 2kg). For 2 Nos ATM cabins, the door shall be made of toughened glass with lockable arrangement. Windows: - The cabins will be fixed with sliding/fixed windows all around the cabins. Windows will be made up of aluminium powder coated windows with toughened glass. The size of the window along with its arrangement will be as per requirement of Engineer-in-Charge.

The edge banding shall be pasted with hot melt glue at 200 degree Celsius.Mattress panel shall be made of 12 mm ply.All metal part shall be powder coating finish with DFT(Dry Film Thickness) - 35µ min. The PPCP shoes shall be insert into bottom of legs for avoid skretches on the floors. The bed shall be provided with 4 inch thick foam matteress of 40 density. WOODEN WARDROBE Supplying and placing wooden storage cabinet of the following specifications. The overall size of the storage shall be 1950mm (H) x 900mm (W) x 600mm (D). The storage shall have 2 doors. The Doors shall be made of 18mm thick PPB. One of the doors should be provided with mirror for aesthetically appealing.The work shall be carried our as per the instructions received from engineer in charge.

QUEUE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM Provision, Supply & Installation/fixing of stainless steel(SS 304 grade or higher) Q-Management system having retractable tape head mechanism comprising of, SS double belt posts of 2 ½” dia, 14” base & 950 mm tall, belt length 2.00m in color as per approval of the engineer in charge and with name printing as specified, complete with wall mounting clips at start points or wherever required.

SS SQUARE PLANTER Provision, Supply and placing 4 Line Square Planters in Stainless Steel (SS 304 grade). Planters shall be corrosion proof having highly finished body of size 300mm X 300mmX300mm(approx. wt. 2.0 kg/Piece) complete as per specification and approval of Engineer-in-Charge.

SECTION III - MODULAR FURNITURE

FULL HEIGHT STORAGE Supplying, Installation and placing of stackable/single unit 1950(H) x 900(W) x 450(D) mm storage , made of 0.8mm thick Prime Quality CRCA Steel, having Sliding/hinged Door with or with out top hanging arrangement to prevent derailment. Each door provided with 2 plastic roller having steel ball bearing for smooth movement of door & less noise. it has to be Snap on type aesthetically appealing die cast 5 Lever Cam Lock for safe Locking & Plastic flush & recessed / Muzzak handle. it has to be Screw type lever with hex plastic base (add in unit height min. 8 mm & additional 5mm max for adjustment), complete as per specification and approval of Engineer-in-Charge.

OVERHEAD STORAGES Supplying and placing of overhead storage of size 900mm (W) X450mm (H) X 350mm (D) in required lengths, Top/Bottom Panel made of 0.8mm thk MS CRCA Sheet/18mm th. PLB, Side Panel made of 1.2mm thk MS CRCA Sheet /18mm th. PLB and Door Panel made of 0.6mm thk MS CRCA Sheet/18mm th.PLB. All powder Coated/PLB storages, having Removable key type 10 lever cam door lock with lock lever to lock and open the door, etc complete as per specification and approval of Engineer-in-Charge.

SIDE STORAGE & CABINET UNITS Providing & supplying approved make, hinged door Free standing Back Side Storage & cabinet units of sizes as specified below resting on floor having door, top, sides, back, & shelves in CRCA powder coated steel. The body and Shelves of the cabinets shall be made of 0.8mm CRCA steel. The top of the cabinets shall be made of 2mm thick CRCA steel and the skirting plate shall be made of 1.2mm CRCA steel. The shelves shall be supported on Spring Steel clips and shall be adjustable at intervals of 12.5mm heights. The cabinet shall be provided with CAM Locks. The handles shall be PVC Moulded and shall be flush fitted. The cabinets shall be provided with 4 Nos. M10 levelers for height adjustment upto 25mm.The shutter shall have self-closing hinges. complete as per Specification and approval of Engineer-in-Charge.

SECTION IV - TABLES & UNITS

TABLES FOR TOP EXECUTIVES OFFICERS Supplying & Placing executive table with credenza unit and pedestal unit in completely knock down conditions with an overall size 1650mm X 1900mm X 750mm that is to be assembled at site. The construction of the main table shall be free standing structure constructed with the help of minifix dowels and pins. The worktop shall have the size 1650mm X 800mm made up of 50mm thick Pre-laminated particle board of grade II of IS 12823 with approved laminate and finish as per approved shade. The table top profile shall be in rectangle shape and the edges shall be sealed with 2mm thick thin strip of impermeable PVC that is cut to fit the size of board panel and duly pasted with the assistance of edge banding machine at 200 degree Celsius. The top shall be enclosed with wire manager cap for electric provision. A pullout keyboard trey shall be provided of 18mm thick Pre-laminated particle board having size 550mm X 300mm. The trey shall be operated on sliding channel. The table top shall be supported on particle board base gable end. The end wall of the table on the side shall be topped by gable end. It should be made up of 25mm thick Pre-laminated particle board and profile shall be in linear shape with appropriate PVC edge banding. The table shall be clad with 18mm thick modesty panel which provide structural support for the table. It should be 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board in linear shape with appropriate PVC edge banding connected with both end. There shall be buffers provided at the base to avoid scratches on the floor. The table shall have credenza unit for storage purpose with an overall size 1100mm X 450mm X 650mm. It should be made up of Pre-laminated particle board of grade II of IS 12823 with base 9mm thick and other parts 18mm thick like shutter, back, facia, side panel etc. It shall have 2 box drawer, 1 filing drawer and 1 shutter. It should be operated with the assistance of SS handle, concealed crank hinge and easily close & open with the assistance of roller channel and ball bearing channel to enable smooth operation. The drawer shall have central locking mechanism in which all the drawer shall be synchronized locked with one single key. It shall be mounted on injection moulded nylon castor. A mobile pedestal shall be provided with an overall size 400mm X 450mm X 650mm. The pedestal shall be made up of Pre-laminated particle board of grade II of IS 12823. Pedestal side, back, top, facia shall be 18mm thick and drawer base shall be 9mm thick. The pedestal shall have 3 nos. of drawer i.e. 2 box drawer and 1 filing drawer. The drawer shall be operated with SS handle and easily close & open with the assistance of roller channel and ball bearing channel to enable smooth operation. The drawer shall have central locking mechanism in which all the drawer shall be locked with one single key. The pedestal shall be mounted over injection moulded nylon castor. All the size shall have the tolerance of upper and lower deviation of ±10mm for board & ±0.2mm for metal. The manufacturer shall have quality and safety assurance like ISO-9001:2015, ISO-14001:2015 and ISO-18001:2007, BIFMA membership and AIOTA certification. The board used should meet International Standard of quality, Indian standard IS 12823 grade II should meet long time load bending, screw-withdrawal strength, modulus of rupture and modulus of elasticity bending tested as per IS 2380. Supplying & placing Back storage unit with an overall size 1650mm X 450mm X 650mm. It should be made up of 18mm thick Pre-laminated particle board of grade II of IS 12823 with approved laminate and finish as per approved shade. The entire storage i.e. side, back, shutter, shelf, skirting shall be 18mm thick and the edges shall be sealed with thin strip of impermeable PVC that is cut to fit the size of board panel and duly pasted with the assistance of edge banding machine at 200 degree celsius. The storage shall have shelves and 6 nos. of door shutter for ease of opening. The shutter shall be operated with concealed crank hinge with SS handle as well as MP lock mechanism. There shall be legs provided at the bottom to avoid scratches on the floor. There shall be cushion arm provided padded with high resilience polyurethane foam 19mm thick having density 40Kg/m³. The complete structure shall be upholstered with chocolate brown leatherite tapestry 1±0.2 mm thick and 571 GSM. The understructure shall be supported by pipe frame loop leg of SS shiny chrome finish having size 720mm X 535mm with cross-section area 40mm X 20mm. STAFF CHAIR SEAT/BACK ASSY.:The seat is made up of 1.2 cm. thk. hot pressed plywood upholstered with fabric and moulded Polyurethane foam. The back is a fabricated tubular frame assembly powder coated / Nylon and upholstered with a High Tenacity Polyester mesh fabric. LUMBAR SUPPORT ASSY.:The back assembly consists of a height adjustable cushioned Lumbar support pad which can be adjusted through 2 projecting knobs at the rear side of the back. The Lumbar Pad can be adjusted by 6.0cm in height. POLYURETHANE FOAM:The polyurethane foam for seat is moulded with density = 45 +/-2 Kg./m3 and Hardness = 20 +/- 2 on Hampden machine at 25% compression. ARMRESTS (ADJUSTABLE): The armrest having only Up-Down adjustment which is provided in armrest structure. Armrest Top is made up of PU with metal insert fitted on the armrest structure. LAB STOOL Supplying and Placing of Stools with/ with out back rest, The seat is made up of 1.2 cm thick Commercial Grade plywood with moulded Polyurethane foam and are pholstered with replaceable fabric covers. Seat shall be of 40cm diameter and shall be 360 degrees revolving type. The polyurethane foam shall be moulded with density 45 +/-2 kg/m3 and Hardness 20 +/- 2. BED SIDE LOCKER Supplying and placing of approved make bed side lockers having one cabinet and one drawer unit The drawer as well as cabinet is provide with cam lock. There is a gap between the drawer unit and cabinet, to keep the general items for frequent use. Castors are provided for easy handling. RAISE FLOOR Providing and fixing removable raised/false access flooring with system and its components of approved make for different plenum height with possible height adjustment upto 50 mm, comprising of modular load bearing floor panels supported on G.I. rectangular stinger frame work and G.I. Pedestal etc. all complete, as per the architectural drawings, as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge consisting of : a) Providing at required spacing to form modular framework, pedestals made out of GI tube of thickness minimum 2 mm and 25 mm outer diameter, fully welded on to the G.I. Base plate of size 100mmx100mmx3mm at the bottom of the pedestal tube, G.I. pedestal head of size 75mmx75mmx3.5 mm welded with GI fully threaded stud 16mm outer diameter with two GI Check nuts screwed on the stud for level adjustment upto 50mm, locking and stabilizing the pedestal head in position at the required level. The pedestals shall be fixed to the subfloor (base) through base plate using epoxy based adhesive of approved make or the machine screw with rawl plug. b) Stringers system in all steel construction hot dipped galvanized of rectangular size 570x20x30x0.80mm thick having holes at both ends for securing the stringers on to the pedestal head using fully threaded screws ensuring maximum lateral stability in all directions, the grid formed by the pedestal and stringer assembly shall receive the floor panel, this system shall provide adequate solid, rigid support for access floor panel, the system shall provide a minimum clear uninterrupted clearance between the bottom of the floor for electrical conduits and wiring etc. all complete as per the architectural drawings, as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. c) Providing and fixing Access Floor panel of 600x600x32 mm medium grade Filled Steel anti static high pressure Lamination of 800H grade (FS800H). Access Floor panel shall be steel welded construction with an enclosed bottom pan with uniform pattern of 64 hemispherical cones. The top and bottom plates of Steel Gauges: top 0.6 mm and bottom 0.7 mm fused spot welded together (minimum 64 welds in each dome and 20 welds along each flange). The panel should be Corroresist epoxy coated for lifetime rust protection and cavity formed by the top and bottom plate is filled with Pyrogrip noncombustible Portland cementitious core mixed with lightweight foaming compound. The access floor shall be factory finished with Anti-static High Pressure laminate with Non Warp technology upto 1mm thickness for superior adhesion and Surface flatness within 0.75mm.The panel is to withstand a Concentrated Load of 363 kgs applied on area 25mm x 25mm without collapse in the centre of the panel which is placed on four steel blocks. The panel will withstand and Uniformly Distributed Load (UDL) minimum 1250 kg/sqm and an impact load of 50kg all complete as per the approved manufacturers specification and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
