Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor four level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-111) : 3 cum graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) (HSR 6.15.1)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work, where not included in the complete rate of RCC, including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position, binding, wastage, overlaps, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire etc. complete in all respect below plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1 :4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete. (HSR 10.57)

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1 :3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. (HSR 10.58)

Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick Cement Mortar 1 :4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. (HSR-10.61)

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1 :4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete ( HSR-10.63.2) Size of tile 600x600mm

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1 :3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete ( HSR-10.67.2) Size of tile 600x600mm

12 mm cement plaster of mix ( HSR-11.5.3) 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Providing and applying two coats white cement based putty of approved brand and manufacturer, over plastered surface and grinding the surface smooth with sand paper to get en even and smooth finish including cost and carriage of all material , labour charges, scaffolding, sundries etc. complete ( HSR-11.58)

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows, including ISi marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing chromium plated brass curtain rod having wall thickness of 1.25mm with two chromium plated brass brackets fixed with C.P. brass screws and PVC sleeves etc., wherever necessary complete: ( HSR-12.48.2)

Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts, ISi marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868), transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with nuts and screws etc. complete : 250x16 mm (HSR 12.98.2)

Providing and fixing, in position concealed G.I. section for wall panelling using board of required thickness fixed on the 'W profile (0.55 mm thick) having a knurled web of 51.55 mm and two flanges of 26 mm each with lips of 10.55 mm, placed @610 mm CIC in perimeter channel having one flange of 20 mm and another flange of 30 mm with thickness of 0.55 mm and web of length 27 mm. Perimeter channel is fixed on the floor and the ceiling with the nylon sleeves @ 610 mm CIC with fully threaded self-tapping dry wall screws. Raking out joints in lime or cement mortar and preparing the sqm surface for re-pointing or replastering, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. ( HSR-30.19)

Only reputed make material will be used (make/brand exhibited in HSR and exhibited in approved standard document) as approved by Engineer-in-charge, while executing various items/works at site.
