Demolishing R.C.C. work by mechanical means and stockpiling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1 kilometre, stacking serviceable and unserviceable material separately including cutting reinforcement bars.(HSR 5.26)

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead:Of area 3 sq. metres and below (HSR 5.29.1)

Brick work with common burnt clay non-modular bricks of class designation 7 .5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor IV level in all shapes and sizes in :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) (HSR 7.22.2)

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required, In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works (HSR 13.29.2)

Providing sand stone slab for roofing and laying them in cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) over wooden karries or R.C.C. battens or structural steel sections (Karries or battens or structural steel sections to be paid separately), including pointing the ceiling joints with cement mortar 1 :3 (1cement : 3 fine sand ) complete :Red sand stone slab, 40 to 50 mm thick (HSR 9.19.1.1)

10 cm thick (average) mud phaska of damped brick earth on roofs laid to slope consolidated and plastered with 25 mm thick mud mortar mixed with bhusa @ 35 kg per cum of earth and gobri leaping with mix 1: 1 (1 clay : 1 cow dung) and covered with flat tile bricks, grouted with cement mortar 1: 3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement and finished neat:With common burnt clay non-modular brick tile of class designation 1O (HSR 9.11)

Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1 :2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10 mm and down gauge), including finishing with cement mortar 1 :3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design :In 75x75 mm deep chase (HSR 9.17.1)

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay non-modular bricks of class designation 7 .5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor IV level, Cement mortar 1 :4 ( 1 cement :4 coarse sand)(HSR 7.28.2)

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1 :6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) (HSR 11.5.4)

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix ::6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) (HSR 11.6.2)

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube Challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose.(HSR 30.93) The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note: - This item to be used for maintenance work judicially and where necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item is to be done.

Supply & fixing Windows frames (Chowkhats) including mullions consisting frame fabricated from sheet roll formed out of 1.2mm thick galvanized sheet as per IS:277 (Base steel as per IS 513) with zinc of 120 gm/sqm & Powder coated with pure Polyester powder up to 50 microns (as per approved colour), 3 Nos. 100mm butt - hinges 2mm thick, 6 Nos. 1.2mm thick CRCA electroplated stiffner, 6 Nos. M.S hold fast with split and tail welded to stiffner plate 200mm long, receiver for aldrop, weld less corner assembly with brackets & screws, M.S tie rod 50mm x 25mm to be fixed at bottom finished with powder coated total thickness of coating 0.6mm of approved shade, fixed in position including the cost of cement concrete for 1 :2:4 for fixing lugs complete in all respects as per drawing, design, specification & entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.Door Frame of size 80mm x 50mm with 37mm wide single rebate for 35mm door shutter (HSR 13.21.1)

Providing and fixing ISi marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters:35 mm thick including ISi marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws (HSR 12.37.1)

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 4 mm thick float glass panes, including ISi marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws.Kiln seasoned and chemically treated Hollock wood,35 mm thick.(HSR 12.10.2.1)

Painting the wooden I metal surface with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:Two or more coats on new work (HSR 11.82.1)

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete.Fixed to steel windows by welding (HSR 12.50.1)

Providing and fixing on wall face Unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes,110 mm diameter (HSR 9.57.2)

Providing and fixing on wall face Unplasticised - PVC moulded fittings/ accessories for Unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 1 O mm gap for thermal expansion.Bend 87.5°, 110 mm bend (HSR 9.58.5.2)

N.S Recovery items Civil work

Bidders have to quote rates for recovery items at least or more than reserve price. The rates quoted against recovery items will not be included in the total amount, rather it will be deducted while calculating financial statement of the agency.

Collection of old bricks received after dismantling of brick and tiles work (N.S) The reserve price of the dismantled material is as under:- @ Rs. 4/- each.

Collection of brick bats received after dismantling of brick and tiles work (N.S) The reserve price of the dismantled material is as under:- @ Rs. 500/- per cum.

Collection of old bricks tiles received after dismantling of brick and tiles work (N.S) The reserve price of the dismantled material is as under:- @ Rs. 4/- each.

Collection of brick bats received after dismantling of brick and tiles work (N.S) The reserve price of the dismantled material is as under:- @ Rs. 500/- per cum.
